Great product, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I haven’t had it long enough to really test out it durability.It was easy to put together and install.

I was expecting something pretty sturdy for the price but was more than surprised by the heavy duty quality and smooth rolling mechanism. The only complaint I have is really my fault. I got it for files because it said it was 13" however it narrows at the bottom. I adjusted to that by putting my files the other way but can't fit as many.This is an excellent, quality item and I would highly recommend for anyone who has the need for one. I want to buy some for my kitchen pots and pans.

It doesn’t hold as many pans/skillets and lids as it appears. Small pans and lids fall out of the dividers and get caught on the sliders.

I have been looking for something to hold my veggies for years. I have them under my stairs. This was perfect, easy to pull in and out for access. Veggies last longer and it has a removable liner that is easy to clean. You will not be sorry with this purchase. I am sure you can use it to store many other items as well. The gliders are the best I have ever used.

There are two side rods which are not fastened and are just to be placed on the sides to balance the trolleys. As soon as we loaded the trolley the rods slipped off making it unbalanced. The trollet design is faulty. If you want to pull out the top shelf, the design causes both the shelves to come out. Its impossible to pull out the top shelf alone.

This was just the right size for my small, under-sink cupboard. It is very well made, and it glides nicely. Easy to install.Since my cupboard is so small, we had to install it on a slight angle. Works like a dream.
