Disappointing
I was hopeful with this one. The vanilla flavor is overpowering and super sweet, very low protein content. I felt nothing. No boost in any way. I switched back to a good pre work out and protein.

Pricey but works
Its a little pricey. But i did lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks. So the ingredients along with a fitness regimen cut me quickly. Will buy it again.
