Allnutrition Rhodiola Rosea, 90 caps, 1 kg, P33964

I did notice a slight difference when I first started taking these and I can definitely feel it when I've forgotten to take them; however, after almost 2 months, they weren't doing as much for me as I'd hoped so I recently started taking 2 capsules daily instead of the recommended 1.It's been a week since I started the increased dose and the difference is genuinely amazing, I feel as though I can think clearly for the first time in years. I feel like a functional human being again!The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the flavour is absolutely awful, I don't notice it as much now but it definitely took a while to get used to and initially made me feel really nauseous whenever I would take them. They're also quite awkward for me to swallow but I find that with pretty much all capsules anyway

I regularly buy RR and i do feel it every single time, those ones are not good at all. Hope there is non harmful substance inside.

The smaller capsule is my regular brand, also 400mg, why add all the bulking rubbish in to make it huge?Not convinced they are real but have no proof!

Just easier to take than the herbal teas.Capsules are fine and easy to swallow. Great value would buy again!
