Best store bought salsa
I'm not a chili head, but I like hot stuff. I eat habanero sauces quite a bit. I can eat some Carolina reaper (love the flavor), Ghost pepper, and scorpion pepper sauces, but pay a serious price the next day. Just some background for gauging my opinion of the heat of Sadie's hot salsa.I consider this in between mild and medium. I can eat this smothering a burrito or dipping chip after chip in it. It has a nice tingle, and has a pretty darn good base flavor. Typically, I need to pump it up. I just add Dave's Insanity or something similar till I have the heat I want.Best store bought salsa. Easy to modify heat level. If you are a typical mid-westerner, this might be too hot for you :)

Hot salsa but not over the top.
'Tis hot.Used sparingly, not liberally, this is an excellent way to add a nice kick to anything you want to spice up. 5 stars.

Sadie’s salsa….yum
Sadie’s Salsa is a bold and flavorful choice for salsa lovers. It offers a perfect balance of fresh tomatoes, spicy green chilies, and a kick of heat that keeps you coming back for more. The texture is smooth yet chunky enough to scoop, making it great for chips, tacos, or even as a topping for grilled meats. The spice level is just right—not too mild but not overwhelmingly hot, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of a kick. Whether you’re entertaining guests or just enjoying a snack, Sadie’s Salsa delivers authentic, fresh-tasting flavor every time.

Best hot salsa EVER!!!
I absolutely adore spicy food. And finding fresh tasting truly spicy salsa is difficult!!!We were in Canada last week and found a great local salsa, I was so excited, but we can’t get it in the states. When I searched for it on Amazon this one popped up, and the reviews were all great so I ordered some. And it’s even better than the Canadian one! I’m so thrilled, I know I’ll order a gallon of this a month! If you love heat, you must buy this salsa!

I want to like it
It tastes like fancy Pace. I think some people would really like it probably, just not for me. I wish I could find something like El Fenix, Abuelos, Los Cucos, but nothing compares so far in a bottle, and El Fenix in a bottle is crazy prices.

Hot but VERY Flavorful...My Personal Favorite
I find this salsa to be the best I have ever had anywhere. It is definitely on the hot side of the scale, but it is so tasty. That is what I like about it the most. A lot of salsa's out there are labelled as "hot", but they are either not actually hot or they are hot with the purpose of being hot and having zero flavor. Sadie's salsa gets just right on both accounts...heat and flavor. To give you an idea of how much I love this salsa, I go through about 8 70oz bottles a year (just me...too hot for my wife and 5 year old). I was introduced to it through my wife's family who are from Albuquerque, NM. The would have friends bring it to them when they visited the East Coast where they now live near my wife and I. I tried while over for dinner one night and immediately started having Sadie's ship a container of 6 1 Gallon tubs to my house. However, the cost was significantly more than on Amazon and buying 6 at time meant some would be almost a year old when I finally go to them. Now that they are sold on Amazon Prime, I can run out and be back up and running in less than 2 days :)

Probably the Best Salsa You Can Buy
What's there to say? It's Sadie's! Any native can attest to how great the salsa from the world's best-known New Mexican restaurant is (though Tomasita's is still my favorite restaurant). The bottle lists six ingredients with no preservatives, all of which are what you'd expect in a salsa.Like any food made with fresh ingredients, it will go bad after a couple of weeks even in the refrigerator, so be sure to eat daily and share the gospel with your friends. Also, be aware that this is the real deal: it's hot. In fact, I think what comes in the bottle somehow winds up hotter than what you get in the restaurant. First-time buyers might want to start with the Not-So-Hot variety; the flavor's pretty much the same. Also note that this isn't your typical mass-produced junk, so there can be a little variety by batch. I got a bottle a few years ago that was inedibly hot and had to be thrown away, and I've been drowning my food in this stuff since I was 10. Only happened once and hasn't happened since, but you should still be warned if you don't yet have the tolerance. It's definitely worth building it up for, though!
