The balloon can be filled with helium to float or filled with air to attach to any surface, it has a self sealing valve. The balloon will come flat and need inflating. Came with holes. Rip off. Waste of money.
The balloons are precious, and would have been perfect for my daughter’s party, however both balloons came with holes in them. I didn’t know until the day of the party so I had nothing to replace them with. I saw reviews that said theirs came with holes before I placed my order, but thought it was just a fluke. Guess not. I feel like I should get a full refund.

If filled up great. It was nice and tight. We did of course tied them apart with the eyelets that are attached to the balloons.

Really pretty
Loved it. My daughter was so happy with this choice. Colors are really soft and pretty

Damaged / Hole in the # 1
They had a hole in the #1 and they didn’t include a straw to blow up the numbers. We weren’t able to use them but, just left them not blown up taped to the wall .......Huge numbers & really cute.

Great buy and they are huge!!!
I bought these for my daughter for her birthday of course and that was back in February and today is April 18,2020 and they are still floating!!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 Will definitely purchase again. And it was cheap to get them blown up and they arrived on time for a great price.

Basic girl balloons
Freaking awesome!! Lasted for a long time after my best friends birthday. Definitely cheaper than party city or other party storesDoes not come with a straw. We use the plastic one and it worked perfectly

Great for Props
I loved these balloons. I wasn't able to hang them on the wall, but they were great props for my photo backdrop.

Check the ceiling height where you get these filled.
These balloons are beautiful and would've been great were it not for the old lady at Dollar Tree who let go of the 2 after she filled it with helium. They had no way to get it down because the ceilings were so high. So anyway happy 1st birthday to my roommate I guess!!
