Hard to believe the GM principles are 4 decades old. This book doesn't add to the franchise, but it is a good summary of GM. Nothing new now, but most of the information is still actionable, and the 30 day time frame while adding a deadline, actually provides a great summary. Still more than worth the price, and time to read.

This is a great book for those in the sales industry. I have given to a few friends and will continue to do so as I feel this will help them in their career and make them better. Living be the stuff in the book will help with your attitude, just make you a happy and better person.
