Small but mighty
Guys let me TELL YOU. I was super hesitant to buy this and I watched countless reviews on YouTube about high end earphones. They all said not to buy budget ones on amazon but I did it anyway cause *cough* I’m cheap. This little earphone has SO much power behind it. I never listen to music higher than halfway volume and the quality is amazing! After half way, you can hear the buzz a little but that’s no problem to me since I’ll never be in that range. I own JBL on ear headphones and when I tell you that this lil thing has the same quality as the JBLs I mean it. I also love the convenience of the charging case plus the single ear wear. I’m a big fan of having one ear open for listening around me, and that’s with any headphones/ earphones I wear. I really recommend this thing y’all!

Great sounding ear buds at a great price!
The product came in a plain white box, but when I slid open the box and saw the contents, I was impressed by what I saw. The charger box that houses the ear buds is solid and feels like a quality product. The ear buds themselves are of similar construction & come with replacement silicon ear-tips in 3 different sizes. When removed from the charging case they say "power on" then a few seconds later "connected". (Then my music starts from my LG V20 phone, and I’m ready to rock!)They do require careful handling when you go to put them in your ears. There is a right and a left ear bud. The side with the 4 metal dots (2 in the middle are for charging and 2 on the outside are magnets, to hold the ear buds in place while charging) should be facing towards your back. When you go to put them in your ears use your index finger and thumb, taking care to only hold the ear bud by the circumference.( If you touch the face of the ear bud it will think you are trying to turn it off or something else that you don't want it to do ;) Once you have the ear bud in your ear the silicone hook part, right behind the ear tip is able to swivel. The silicon hook part goes in the little canal part of your ear. The second from the top advert (the guy with the sunglasses in the convertible) shows what I mean best and I have a picture of an ear, showing the spot I'm talking about. If you have them in your ear correctly they will sound really great and should not fall out, unless you are doing something like jumping jacks or standing on your head. The controls are touchy, but work after you get familiar with them. The volume is controlled by your phone. Customer service is EXCELLENT. I had a question and was contacted the next day. Overall I’ve been very happy with these ear buds and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new set of ear buds.

Not too bad for the price.
I would recommend this earbud if you're looking for one. I purchased this as a replacement for my last one when the speaker blew. I use it at work to either watch movies or listen to audible books. So here's my personal thoughts on this product.1. Sound quality is decent2. Connected to my phone very quickly3. Love the little charging case it came with.4. Do not like how short the cord to the charging case is so I use a different one5. Battery life on the bud itself is decent. Lasts maybe 5 hours.6. The amount of full charges on the case is great!7. A bit big for my ear, and it didn't come with extra silicone ear pieces which is slightly disappointing.I did not get paid to write this review.I did not get this product for free. This is my honest review.UPDATE: I purchased this end of October 2019, it is now January 20, 2020. The speaker is going and I am so disappointed since this is what happened to my last one but I had that one for over a year. 3 months and now I have to buy another one. I NEVER use this at full volume and now I have it turned all the way up and I can barely hear it. Ugh! Inexpensive but I expect things to last longer than 3 months 😔

About what I expected…not hi-fi.
There are some people being paid for reviews on Amazon or they work for the sellers directly/indirectly. If not that, then good sound is unknown to a lot of people leaving reviews for audio devices. My opinion on the Supology TWS earbuds:1. The charging case: its larger, heavier, and bulkier than what I would want in my pocket. There are no lint or dust covers for the USB ports. The case seems well made, it is metal and finished in a smooth black matte paint; it has some sheen to it. If you enjoy the feeling of cool metal in the hand, it feels pretty good. The case isn't heavy but may feel heavier than one would expect for a small portable earbud case.2. Pairing is a hit-and-miss affair. I had to pause for a moment when removing these from the charging case. The buds must sync with one another before pairing/connecting with the phone; otherwise I had to put them back in the case and restart the process. Sometimes I had to toggle the bluetooth on my phone to make them reconnect.3. Sound is good in mids, the highs are not too harsh and don’t ring loudly (not a bright sounding pair). Bass is OK for light pop music and music that does not have much of it. Bass is not good for hip-hop, rock, or any music where bass should kick. Three different pair of ears (two male, one female) using two different Android phones yielded consistent opinions, so the earbuds seemingly have an overall consistent performance profile towards clean mids, reasonable highs, and light bass. Soundstage is OK, not the best nor the worst, imaging is on the light side. These may be good for listening to vocal and acoustic guitar music, pod-casts and audio books.Listening test: The Star Wars Imperial March lacked bass and came across a bit muddled, the effect of the music was lost. JCole “Middle Child” had no punch, no beat drop, his voice was delivered with a light electronic sound. Anime music selections retained their liveliness and as most aren’t very bass heavy seemed OK for the price point. One of us could not get a good in-ear seal using these buds, the other two were able to get good passive sound isolation and had a better listening experience with music focused in the mids and highs. Maybe a dedicated break-in period would help the sound.4. They are comfortable in the ear and with the right fit I think I could wear them for hours, maybe almost forget I am wearing them (unless they’re pumping sounds into my ear). The outside rim is a rubber ring and helps you refrain from touching the multi-function control sensors which are dark-gray metallic finger print and smudge magnets.Voice quality on phone calls is decent and intelligible for both parties. We didn’t test in a noisy environment though and that could be a factor for some.I wanted to use these for the gym primarily. The music I listen to varies but it usually is up-tempo with bass to help keep me motivated. The light bass and light electronic grunge present on these buds exclude them from use as my musical go-to pair as well. I didn't get a good in-ear seal using the original tips but those that did said the bass improved but still was not great.Coming back to the pairing: I left the buds in the case/charger overnight, the case was fully charged and not plugged-in. I tried to reconnect in the morning and it was a no-go no matter what I tried. I wasn’t going wait and hope they reconnect this week and fail on me again one week past the warranty period. Wanted to like them. Returned.
