Cute...but is very large! Also does not look like the picture. Does not have the large feathers or the large gears as shown. I will definitely be adding more to bring this to life, and thankfully have a ton of hair so some curls and stiffening hair spray may make it fit a little more snug. The black googles also blend right in so I changed them out for a gold set I already had so you could actually see them.

I ordered this hat needing it by a specific day. Ok I have prime no big deal it will make it. It was not delivered Amazon reordered it even though I told them it would not be here in time. It was not here in time.I opened it to see if I liked it I would keep it. Half of it was crushed. I was able to pop it into shape. However like others here have said it is huge. I wrapped a infinity scarf around my head which helps but still this hat is too big for even a man's head. The large gear was also missing and the feathers were nothing like the picture. Now feathers are never the same but this wasn't even close.Keep looking unless you have a huge head and can accessorize it if needed.

The photo on left is how the hat cane-except I added my own purple jewel pin on a velvet headband. The right pic is after I painted the black plastic goggles with nailpolish and added my own extra feathers and gears.The hat is soft and comfortable yet firm and easy to add own details to. I can't believe what a low price for such a detailed hat. It might have a few glue strings- but the were easy to remove. Full steampunk hat for same cost as cheap plastic goggles from other sellers? No doubt--One of my best Amazon purchases!

Super disappointed. Most ladies hats are uncomfortably tight on me. Knowing that, believe me when I say that this hat is HUGE. It came down over my ears (which stick out) and still had wobble room. The decorations on the hat match the stock photo, but that's as far as it goes.

This is a good value for what it is. It came with plastic googles that are solid black and I replaced with these plastic antiqued bronze googles (Walmart 4.99). When the hat arrived the metal decor gears had came off, those had been glued, i had ordered a package of more gear decor and with needle and thread sewed these on…. I added the black silk rose on the back, just pinned it on. Lots of complements.Best of all, I have a large noggin and a lot of hair, this hat fit me and I have a hard time finding hats big enough. If you have a small head you may need a band under it,

Really nice and everyone loved it. Just a couple things, the feathers on the one side were bowed over the crown of the hat from being packaged and I can't get them to go straight again, maybe put a tube around the feathers to hold them straight up when shipping? Also a clock-face medallion that was hot-glued on as decoration was already off the hat and loose in the bag when I received it. I'm just going to sew it back on along with some other gears, it's not too big a deal. Just know that the accessories can fall off because they are only glued on. But for the price it's a nice sturdy hat, removable goggles, and really cool looking.

It's a cute hat, but it was disfigured from the shipping.... with the feathers all bent and charms all broken completely off. They were just rattling around in the bag. I bent the hat back into shape, kinda.... tried to straighten out the feathers and used a hot glue gun to try and resecure the gear charms back on. Clearly hot glue was what they originally used because there was glue sloppily applied all over the hat. Kinda terrible. I'm bummed.

I gave this hat 2 stars cuz it is super cute and exactly what I was looking for in price and style. Unfortunately the hat was way way to big. I looked like a baby with my dad's baseball hat on, it was so big. Had to return.
