Really like this vitamin so far & even easy to swallow considering the size. No issues so far & no stomach problems from taking it. It has a impressive list of ingredients & a good price for all it list BUT one thing I've learned since purchasing that people should be aware of! While searching for another item ( Imo ) I found what I believe to be several more manufacturers selling the exact or almost exactly same list of ingredients & strengths & basically same label as this product. Search the web or Amazon site for whole food multivitamins & read the labels for your self. Again, really like the vitamin so far but I assumed I was getting a speciality vitamin from a select manufacturer. But hard to believe that many more companies could have by chance created same list of ingredients, same dose or % & even list them on the label to match this one in most cases exactly. My concern & even reason to point this out is, in this case, is how to be sure it's as advertised with ( Imo ) different companies selling the same thing & I haven't seen any 3rd party certification on any of them so, Simply for your ( Fyi ) I'm having good results I think, so far, from this & other new supplements I've started taking so I'll carry on for few months to see & hope it is & has all the label claims. No big deal how many companies sell same items as long as it's as advertised, atleast to me.

I was looking for a multivitamin that was plant-based. I went to Amazon and found what I was looking for. The tablet was a bit difficult to swallow at first, but I found out that it can be swallowed a bit easier if you place the tablet inside your mouth onto your tongue and then fill your mouth with liquid. As soon as you swallow the liquid, the tablet should be able to go into your body for those who had a tough time swallowing the tablet. Overall, I noticed a bit of difference in my everyday performance. I feel less fatigued and feel like I could do things a bit more. I noticed the differences in my performances within a couple of weeks, but your results may vary as everyone's experience may be different. The multivitamin has pretty much most of what we all need to function and I recommend purchasing this Multivitamin from Plant Vital.

We appreciate "natural" products. As far as vitamins go, what could be more natural than healthy foods! Since it's not always convenient to get fresh veggies and fruits to meet the recommended daily allowances, this is a great substitute and peace of mind. I cannot report any notable changes, positive or negative, since taking these vitamins. Usually, it's only the adverse reactions noticed (like diarrhea or gas). I have NOT had any adverse reactions to these vitamins and would recommend them to anyone wanting a wholefood multi-vitamin.

I really wanted to like these. They had everything I needed in them. I am a nail tech and work 10-14 hour days and there is never any time to eat, so I had noticed my hair thinning and my nails were brittle due to lack of nutrients. I hate smoothies so I wanted something easy. These were almost perfect. What they don’t show in the picture is there is a little warning on the side that says do not take if you have ragweed allergies...guess who has a massive ragweed allergy? I had trouble breathing for a couple of days and it took a minute for me to connect the new supplement to my problem. Other than the minor suffocating feeling, I was feeling pretty good. They need to place that part of the warning in the description.

I've been using this great product for about one year, and I believe it has helped regulating my overall body functions.However, I have tried purchasing directly from the family operated Canadian company, in order to take advantage of their lower price. Geez...I believe Amazon may have tied the family's hands. I would prefer additional profits go to the family company, not a gouging corporation.

Within only a few days of using this my energy levels, mood, and anxiety have all improved drastically. I was suffering from a lot of depression and anxiety because of some life changes which was causing me to have fatigue and little motivation for anything. I realize now this was probably partly due to a vitamin deficiency, because ever since I have been taking these my energy levels are crazy and I am just more positive and happy in general. Seriously a lifesaver for me - I can’t go without these anymore, will be ordering every month!

I've tried several different multivitamins over the past few years, looking for those made of whole foods and ingredients, as well as the specific vitamins and minerals that my body needs. I'm one month in, knowing that it takes several months to notice significant differences and changes. One thing that I DO notice, however, is that I stopped getting Niacin Flush when I began taking these. My previous vitamins had less niacin, but the niacin was sourced differently, and I was always getting a rash and hot skin. This product does NOT do that to me, as the niacin is in the form of niacinamide. I feel great and am looking forward to trying them for a few more months.
