Actually incredible on Dekoni Blues/Fostex T50RPs
I own a pair of Dekoni Blues, and recently the leather on the pads began to peel. The whole selling point of the Dekoni Blues is essentially their pads, with Dekoni itself being an extremely expensive pad company. Annoyed with the condition of the pads, I hopped on Amazon and bought these on a whim, expecting to lose some sound quality.Oh man was I wrong. My Dekoni T50RPs sound miles better than they did before, any and all sibilance is completely gone, but the high treble is clearer and better sounding than ever. I can listen at volumes I would've never touched with a 10 foot pole before. Bass reproduction is reduced vs the original hybrid Dekoni pads, but I had already placed felt sheets into the cups to reduce the bass before as that is my preference. I just removed those felt sheets and these pads do all the work, turning these into my new favorite pair of headphones. My mind is actually blown, and I am very confused.

Lasted me four years! Very comfortable, but not a permanent solution.
I originally bought my current set back in 2021. They only just started to crack and shed black specks of their "leather" over the course of the past year. That is the only reason I deducted one star. Other than that, they have been perfect replacement pads for the original pads.

Would give this more stars on comfort if I could!
This is my second set of Defean flannel ear pads, with these being used to replace the original pads on a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset. The factory set had a seam just inside the cups that would frequently dig into my ears and made wearing them for any length of time uncomfortable, definitely NOT something you want with a gaming headset. Not only do these pads fit the Blacksharks perfectly, they are comfortable enough for long gaming sessions and sooooo much cooler than either pleather or velour. In fact, I would go out on a limb to state that these are absolutely THE most comfortable ear pads I've ever used, and I've been though dozens of them. I only wish they came in more colors and sizes. Hey Defean, I could really use a set of these for my AKG K series!

SO muc more comphortable than what came with my m20x
They are super comfortable. They create a wider sound stage compared to the factory ones, probably due to the fact that they are a bit thicker so the drivers are physically further from my ears. They also dampen the sound just a tad. None of these downsides really bother me that much but they are worth considering. They dissipate heat pretty well at the expense of some sound isolation. The material is very soft but it looks a little different than the pictures, with the pattern being more noticeable in person. Overall I'm pretty satisfied.

Comfortable
I've been using them everyday for almost a month and I love them. They're very comfortable and look nice. I prefere these pad than the original ones.

They don’t last long
Once installed they look great, but they do change the sound quality to the point of it not being good enough for studio quality, also they don’t look good for very long

Noticeable bass loss on M50x, Extremely comforatble
These were exceptionally comfortable and they are definitely a step up from the factory cups with their larger ear opening, increased thickness and memory foam. The installation was easy and fit was also better as they are oversized. The factory pads always bottomed out on the angled and raised speaker in the headphone shell.SOUND: The highs and mids were pretty spot on considering how deep (25-27mm) these cups are. However, you will notice a definite drop off in bass! The ATH-M50x are advertised as professional monitor studio quality headphones, delivering accurate audio and deep bass response. Not that the M50x had that much deep bass to begin with but, a sacrifice nonetheless that I'm not willing to give up. Also, the full-cloth covering will sacrifice outside sound isolation. This might not be a big deal for some but, you will hear any extraneous sounds (voices, etc) around you in the room.If your seeking the factory studio quality monitor sound, the loss of bass and sound isolation for an over-the-ear cup will have you searching further for genuine leather ear pads and better memory foam.

Fits Fostex T50RP
I grabbed these for my new Fostex T50RPs because the stock pads are supposedly horrible. Turns out I actually like the stock pads, but these were already ordered and arrived a few hours after the cans, so I threw them on to see how they were. Very comfy, they fit fully over my ears while avoiding my piercings (industrial and gauges, which is why I almost always have to get larger pads). I don't notice a big change in sound signature with the swap, maybe a little less bass, but I have to really listen for that. It did widen the sound stage ever so slightly, which is a plus. I'll keep these on for sure.I was a little worried they wouldn't fit, I had to stretch them a bit more than I was comfortable. They aren't too-too small, but just on the border of being too small. I think it's mostly because these have a thicker edge on them compared to the Brainwavz I'm used to, probably to help keep them from ripping when fitting. I almost didn't feel like the material would hold up to being stretched that much, but it did just fine.Definitely recommend! And they look great on the T50RPs.
