These are well made and rather sexy. The pads aren't that big which is a good thing, otherwise, it would look a bit ridiculous, however, one star removed because the back bottom/outside edge has a bit of extra material that is not conformed to your butt like the rest of the design; it just hangs there. Basically, if you have very thin shorts on, and you bend down, you will see the outline of this unnecessary material appear where the butt ends and the leg begins. If you have thick/dark shorts/pants and of course, any jean, there's no problem at all. I love them otherwise.

They were quite snug in the waist and crotch. The pads DON'T stay put. I purchased this for padding of my sciatic nerve. Went out for the night and came home with 1 pad missing. Because they dont stay in the pouch, one slid right out of my pants at some point of the night..Lesson learned at a price... manufacture should find a way to secure the top like a snap, velcro or something.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a larger size. At first it fit OK but the waist band is really small and became uncomfortable a couple hours later. I had to roll the waist band down to make it through the day.There's also a bizarre seam between the two rear inserts that kind of puckers and felt weird when sitting (not in a good way).

I can't believe I actually ordered these.... but they work. I tried them on with some slacks and asked my wife if she noticed anything different. Not at first glance. Afterwards she said she thought it looked natural. I recently wore them with a suit. It felt a little funny when I first sat down, but once I got use to them, I (almost) forgot I had them on.

I have Coccydynia, tail bone pain, and these shorts provide good padding for that. But order a larger size than indicated, they were too small
