Aromatic and flavorful!
This truffle salt is totally worth its weight in gold! So far, we’ve used it on rice, pasta, cottage cheese, tomatoes, toast, just about anything that makes us think about that earthy aroma and truffle flavor. A little spendy, but totally worth it.

I would sprinkle this on my husband if he would let me. It’s so delicious! I love that it’s 10% as opposed to most, which are 5%. Love it on avocados, scrambled eggs, corn on the cob, pasta, mozzarella, you name it!

WARNING - Delectable Aroma May Incite Direct Consumption From The Jar
WARNING: As tempting as it may be, eating salt directly from the jar is not recommended as it poses a significant health risk. Ingestion of pure salt can be fatal, and purposeful consumption of saturated salt solutions is a method of suicide, common at one time in China. If you've read some of the other reviews, you know how appealing the aroma of this product is. Practically makes you want to inhale it. Or just eat it directly from the jar . . . it's almost good enough to stand alone.Okay, I love this stuff, but even I don't eat it by itself. I say that it's almost good enough to stand alone, because I use it as the primary seasoning for my bread-dipping oil. It's an idea I borrowed from a restaurant, when I was trying to figure out how to eat this stuff straight out of the jar without causing bodily harm.I like to serve it at dinner in individual dipping bowls with a nice hearty or rustic loaf of bread. I start with about a ounce of good olive oil (PONS Early Harvest Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil 16 oz), some fresh cracked pepper (Frontier Gourmet Peppercorns, Pink 0.88 Oz Grinder Bottle both for aesthetics and flavor), and just over 1/8 tsp of this Selezione Tartufi Black Truffle Salt 10%, 3.5 Ounce Unit, stir and pour into a tiny dish to be placed at each plate. My family enjoys this is as a cholesterol-free and slightly fancier alternative to butter. It's salty, but really tasty as an occasional treat.

Only Truffle Salt I will Purchase!
This Truffle salt has by-far the most flavor out of all I have tried! I use the salt regularly on french fries, and all of the meats that I cook in my house! I absolutely love the smell that comes from the jar when I open it! It is such an amazing compliment on my steak as far as flavor goes! The price may seem spendy, but the percentage of actual truffle within the salt is the highest that I have found this far. Excellent Quality!

I recently ran out of the truffle salts that I bought in Italy and France. I have not found anything comparable at local grocery stores. This is very close, if not as good. Our steak was so delicious last night. Even my 7 year old ate an 8 oz filet. Olive oil, fresh pepper, a little garlic powder, and truffle salt, and you have the best steak!

Strong truffle flavor
While more expensive than some competing products, this truffle salt has a stronger truffle flavor due to its higher truffle content. I have purchased it twice, and hope that it remains available.
