This screen saved my thousands of $ in construction costs!
I have a loft bedroom with no door to keep my 3 cats out (I love them but their shenanigans keep me up all night plus I'm allergic to cat dander). Adding a barn door would have cost thousands. For under a $100, this screen solved my problem. And it's very attractive (and I'm pretty picky). While the frame is wood, the panels are a composite material. But unless you get up close and really scrutinize it, you can't tell. It's fairly heavy and sturdy; I attached felt to the bottom to slide it easier when needed. Note: I have a very determined young cat who body slammed the screen and squeezed through a crack he made. I have since re-adjusted the panels so that they are on the outside of the opening so that if he tries it again, the screen won't budge. Also, kudos to the packing! They really went that extra mile.

Solid, heavy screen
Quite heavy and study. Am using it in my open-floor town home to separate my upstairs bedroom from the rest of the apartment. It might be a bit top-heavy and tipsy if you don't put the legs in enough of a "zigzag" pattern to counterbalance its height and weight. I think that's why some people have complained about it falling over easily, but can easily be corrected by not stretching the panels into a straight line. My friend saw it and offered to buy it from me if I changed my mind about keeping it. Be aware that the frame is solid wood (which accounts for the weight of the screen), but the insert panels are actually pressed wood and a slightly different color. This doesn't bother me, but if you are expecting the entire screen to be one color, you might want to know this before ordering. This was packed well and arrived with no scratches or other damage.

Overall it's pretty thin and not incredibly sturdy
The first one I received was damaged and it's not packed with much protection. They sent a replacement a week later and I shipped the broken one back. Overall it's pretty thin and not incredibly sturdy. I bought it to provide a little cover around my sauna in the den so that guests can walk downstairs without seeing in to the sauna. For that it works well enough. If you need it to be stable and strong, this is not your best bet. If you need it to stay in place and just provide coverage without touching it much, it's okay.Very very thin veneer of wood, probably not any real wood in the product.

Wood or "wood"? You decide.
This got the job done for a price I didn't mind paying. It's easy to move around. It stands up well. It hides our cleaning equipment.However...There's wood, and then there's "wood." This is made of both. The edges/frame are stained wood. The panels are laminate. The real wood and the laminate are not the same color. If that doesn't matter to you, it's probably a good purchase. Or if you want to use it for a project and maybe cover the panels with fabric or wallpaper, that could be interesting. But don't plan on painting it. That laminate won't wake paint well.

Gorgeous
I bought this as a privacy screen to put in front of my cat's litter box LOL. It's absolutely beautiful and if fits perfectly with my decor in the living room. It's great quality and we'll worth the price. Very pleased all around and would definitely recommend two others who are in search of a privacy screen.

Does the job - Nice match...
I am between 4 and 5 stars on this because there were a couple of areas along the edging of the frame that I will have to put a little bit of stain (you can see a small amount of light wood). However, the room divider was otherwise well made with the double hinges. I was matching one I had previously purchased from a garage sale, and they match perfectly. They look exactly the same! I found this by looking around online, and was lucky to find it since I had no clue what the brand was. Three panels was a bit small for our needs separating the living and bedroom area of a studio. Six was a bit long, so we doubled up one panel and are using it as a 5-panel divider. We're very pleased.

Attractive and Sturdy Screen
This is a nice wooden screen for the money. It seems pretty sturdy and very nice looking. I bought it to use for a visitor who would be sleeping in our den which has a wide doorway and no door. As it turned out, she didn't feel the need for it and we didn't use it then, so it is now in our basement, hiding the sump pump from view. If we need it for a houseguest, we'll bring it upstairs.
