A comfortable fit
Fitted perfectly and very comfortable in the footwear.

Gives good heel and arch support
This insole gives good heel cushioning and some arch support. It' is thin under the ball of the foot and toes which makes it comfortable in shoes that do not typically have much space in that area. Shoes are not generally designed to have an additional insole, so the thinness of these makes them a good fit. They are ideal for wearing in boots I find, and I will be ordering some more.

Good value
These arrived in a jiffy envelope with no packaging or instructions whatsoever but I guess they’re quite self-explanatory! I find them really comfortable, make my flimsy canvas trainers much more sturdy! Early to tell if they’re helping my planta facilitis but they’re not making it worse! Happy to recommend.

Not too thick
I was expecting them thicker. Heel support it’s very good, thick and comfortable but going to the front it’s very thin, almost no support. So my heel is feeling well and comfy but if I walk for long, my toes area start hurt.

great insoles to protect arches
My podiatrist recommended these for my high arches and they're great at providing that extra bit of support.
