The USB is hidden (its located on the side under a piece of small rubber). The company recently changed the look of the travel bag. The name of the product is not printed on the bag or on the product itself so it looks discreet. Their are 2 choices of water pressure low or high. Person has to hold the button down to make water come out of product. Press the button once for low pressure, press twice for high pressure. The water container is a good size. However, I would of liked the the water container to hold more water.

Works, but could use more pressure.
Works as expected. The pressure is not all that strong, certainly nothing like an full sized bidet. But it's it easy to use and certainly better than not having a bidet. The first lime I used it it seemed to take a long time before the water came out, however after that it seems to be working a little better.

Not much power and very awkward to use.
It is very awkward to use. I had to keep the button pressed down the whole time and it made it very difficult to use the product. It is not very powerful. I am not impressed with this product and have returned it.

Weak water flow
I think the concept is good but the water flow was weak and it also makes noise. So when you're in the bathroom and in a stall using it, people can hear you. I bought a hand squeezable version that works better since you can control the flow by how hard you squeeze the bottle. It's simpler. It's cheaper by $40, and it doesn't make noise.

Been looking for a portable bidet for a long time and this was an awesome purchase. The only thing though is that it leaks a little bit at the nozzle after use but it's not really a huge problem.

Great product
Excellent solution on the go or travel. Can be charged by USB in the car. Very efficient and easy to use.

Not a very strong stream for cleaning and a bit more awkward to use than the travel Biffy. It is also pretty noisy which can be a bit embarrassing to use while at the office if you know what I mean. LOL
