This case fits my Samsung A20 perfectly -- buttons, camera, and ports line up. The screen protector has a film cover that is very difficult to remove and I later decided to do without the protector -- there is an approximately 4 mm lip on the case so the screen is slightly recessed. The case is very sturdy and stays put on any surface, no sliding around. This is a high-quality case for a price that can't be beat. Would definitely buy again.

The phone case works pretty good, but a little hard to pen the casing to fit the phone inside especially the front covering. However once it is on, it does what it is designed to do.

This is the nicest case! It is heavy duty, comes with a screen protector and is just perfect for this phone and for the person I ordered it for. My boyfriend is rough on his phones. Now I know that this will be the last phone purchased for a long long time. With a heavy duty case that has a lifetime warranty...what can you loose?? Buy it! It is reallyworth the money!

The case works just fine, but the screen protector is terrible. I had to cut it out.

I bought this item after searching for a hard case to protect the new umidigi F1play purchased. The only cases I had found available were the silicone cases, which do help protect the edges of the screen, but was looking for more protection. I researched the dimensions (thickness, width, screen size and button placement, as well as openings for camera and fingerprint sensor) and found the cases for Samsung a10/20/50 to be the same fit. I had to make a slight modification to the screen part of the case, by taking a hot knife and cutting away a very small (about 1/8 or less inch) of the case so that it did not constantly depress the power button. The buttons on the case don't precisely match with the umidigi, but it is still functional. So, for anyone who is looking to purchase a phone outside of the" typical availability" of major names such as Samsung, and has issues finding the case they desire to protect their investment, I'd suggest looking into the product specs and seeing what may work. This case is of superior quality, has a watertight seal that joins the 2 pieces of the case. Also, to my surprise, I received a card with a link to asite to claim an additional free gift. Major companies like OtterBox and LifeProof offer good product, but with a limited availability for devices that aren't 'popular' (I. E., Not available in cellular stores, or mass advertised). If you've ever been to your cellular service providers brick and mortar store, you know how much the cases are! I received a product that is superior in quality and for a beyond reasonable price of under $13usd. Highly recommend!

It was said that this phone case came with a plastic on the case that wottohu of protect the screen.when I got the case I couldbe even open it it was soooo hard to open I had to use a sharp object to open it. . The clear covering in the case couldn't even see through it. Smh.I had a screen protector on my phone and when installing the case it broke my screen protector and keeps lifting it up for air bubbles to get under it.Was not worth the Mount I paid for it

This is the second HATOSHI case I've purchased, both times I have been more than pleased with my purchase.The case offers nice protection for the phone, fits well and is sturdy. The first case was for the wife's phone and it gets beat around a lot, so far no issues, decided after surviving her abuse, I purchased one for myself. I recommend this case for the price and protection it offers, A good buy.UPDATE: 12/15/21 : Both cases are holding up well, phones protected. I'm purchasing another case of a different color just to keep the wife from picking up mine and hiding it in her purse.. lolStill call it a good buy..
