Dorman800-604 Transmission Line Connector With 3/8 Tube X 1/4-18 In. Thread Compatible with Select Models

Of the 4 fittings on my less than 20 year old ride, only the top radiator was reusable.My vehicle took 2 of this style on the radiator, 1 on transmission, the 4th fitting has a checkball in it and is a different part number for my application. No leaks, lines secured, back to using my ride again.Had a cooling line go out on road trip, went through over a gallon of fluid in 100 miles with just a pinhole leak.Had to check n fill every hour on trip to get parts for a different vehicle.

Just what i needed

Put these on my 4L60E transmission. Didn't leak at first, but retaining clip failed on 2nd day of use and blew out high side transmission line. This caused fluid to pump out all over exhaust and CATs, and plastered my truck with transmission fluid all over the right side and underneath. Caused massive smoking and brief fire when fluid ignited on catalytic converter. Extreme mess and needed tow. Warning - but Dorman junk at your own risk. Only one fit in the tranny in my 04 Grand Prix. The other was to small. Had to get the other at parts store for double what I paid.

These fit my 2000 Chevy Astro and ended my cooling line leak

When you rebuild a 4l60e these need to be replace . To prevent leaks . Great product will buy agine if I need to

If I was you I would go to the dealer I purchased 2 of these connectors as they are advertised to fit my vehicle and all the measurements were correct but upon arrival I noticed that they were way smaller then what I needed
