I like the color, I like the material, I like the spiral detail. Too bad the item you get is nothing like the one pictured and described, except in those three aspects. It won't accommodate the type of incense stick you had in mind. what I received --twice, because I thought I must have made a mistake on the first order and that if I read the description very well and made sure that everything matched properly when I hit "Place Order", the second time would have to go the right way.Now I have two of these to return.If you want an incense burner that is shell-shaped and has a small hole in the rim to accommodate the long incense sticks with the cattail appearance, this should work for you.

Finally something large enough to catch most of the ash. This exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure about the size truly until I had it in my hand. The drawback for me is the size of the hole holding the incense. I feel it’s a bit to large so the stick leans a bit. Sometimes I just use an old stick to fill space so it’s upright. That’s why this lost a star. However I’m still happy with it and I’m planning to get a second one.

I really like this one - I have a few incense holders, and this one's definitely one of the most compact, sleek designs I see around - I have this sitting on an entry table next to my entrance. I'm not sure what others are saying in terms of the product matching the image, as mine pretty perfectly aligns with the photo; my guess is that the seller fixed it? Not sure. See my photos attached, which I've included a top and bottom look.Anyways, I've used a few incense sticks, and they burn nicely, with this incense holder collecting the residue without issue. Cleaning this is pretty easy as well - warm water and a few drops of dishwashing liquid do the trick.

My other incense burners were all the slice of wood. This one stands out and is pleasant to look at. Mentally I feel safer with it too. I know the ashes won't start a fire on the wood ones but it just seems logical to have ashes falling onto a concrete base.

The hole is a little big . Life Hack , if you buy a cheap candle light it and let the wax drip into the hole .... problem solved . Long term if the hole gives way just place it near some heat to melt the wax in the hole wait 2 minutes and start over again . You can also clean the extra wax off easy by either peeling it off or melting it off it won’t harm the holder either way .

This was super cute, I wish it would have been twice as big like it was shown. If it was twice as big, I'd have given it 5 stars.

Love this! It’s small and simple - exactly what I wanted. I gave 4 stars as I would recommend either purchasing some small rubber feet for the bottom or the seller could add so it doesn’t scratch surfaces.
