Don't take too many.
I took the suggested amount and it did help with my angina but then the uric acid started to build up and as a result I started showing signs of gout in my fingers. I take one a day and it works just fine. Although the crystal build up causing a lump in my index finger Still Remains after several weeks. Just be careful taking these there could be some unintended consequences. I will continue to take One A Day as it mitigates my unstable angina. Overall an excellent product but I don't recommend taking 4 a day.

Definitely helped my circulation issue
I've had a new issue with my hands. They keep going numb when I sleep. It's been waking me up for the last few months. Even if I sleep on my back, I wake up due to the tingling in my hands. I started taking this product about two weeks ago, in an attempt to help with my circulation issue. Already, I am sleeping through the night. Occasionally, the tingling comes back, but it's rare now. I read about a few other beet brands, but this one is reasonably prices and does the trick. Easy to swallow too. I'll be ordering again..

SemperFI with Beet Root
As a Marine, surgeries to repair damage from active duty and ground-pounding became a norm. Now in my 50s chronic circulation issues and low energy from cancer remission is my new norm. While unable to grind through an actual cooked BEET (wide-eyes) this Beet Root tablet is outstanding for the benefits of the vegetable. I felt a new vigor immediately, combined with B12 and eating to live - I'm sincerely grateful for this product. It works for me! I have recommended it as a viable alternative to stimulants to all my service connected brothers and sisters. Take it from a proud JarHead, my eyes seem wider, my mind seems clearer and my butt is off the sofa - I'm sewing again, making face masks now; living the dream!

Arrived fast, looks legit, convenient to take.
Not sure how well these work, but arrived quickly, look correct, pills are easy to swallow. Supposed to clean the blood & support energy. Can't tell yet after 1st bottle, but certainly easy way to invest beets without messy washing/peeling/cooking etc. So convenient in this format of powder caps. Doesn't smell at all to me & easy swallow caps.

I like this one because it's a compressed beetroot tablet. No gelatin capsule. Also this is the only one that includes a bit of pepper to help absorption. I like that it's just a normal food anyone can try. Beets are notorious to handle because they stain like paint. This tablet is perfect boost with all the benefits of beets to my joints and circulation without all the hassle. Unlike other supplements this one you can measure and compare workouts. I can feel the difference during HIIT up a steep hill, I can go much farther at a stronger pace. My elderly mom gave it a try and she found it improved her leg circulation, improved her balance, and also helped her cognition a bit. Would recommend to anyone who feels out of breath or having leg issues. It's just where I've noticed it having a positive effect, it may help other situations where improved circulation helps. If you have any elderly family they might find an ache or issue improve as well. If you know you're going to be moving a lot or exercising I would recommend taking this to boost breathing and circulation in your limbs. It'll take about 20 min to notice an effect and it'll last for a while, not sure how long though. You should have your best workout even if it's just walking. Also if you take one before bed your sleep will also improve. Just my experience

I don’t review supplements and stuff that I purchase from Amazon regularly but this supplement made me speechless and get me to write this review especially for it. I feel that since I started taking them, my endurance at sports and activities that I do on a regular basis are getting way better and i love that they are organic. So yes I am giving this supplement thumbs up and 5 stars.
