All our borderless clip frames are produced on demand at our facility in Spencer MA using our Quadro clip system. Backing panels are 1/8 inch thick MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with grooves milled around the entire edge of the panel . Our exclusive clips snap securly into the grooves at any location. Any number of clips can be added and the clips can slide to any position along the edge of the frame for complete flexibility in assembly and hanging. Front panels are either 2mm. thick edge polished float glass or, for larger poster frames 0.040" thick optically clear PET plastic with an opaque protective peel away film applied to both sides. While assembling your poster frames make sure to peel off the opaque protective film from BOTH sides of the plastic panel. Clip frames are made to precisely match the specified image size of 18x24 inches. The clip frames will accomodate 3/16 inches of additional thickness so there is sufficient space for an image as well as a double standard thickness matteboard. Frameless clipframes assemble quickly and easily - no tools required. The clean borderless look works with virtually any decor or image. An excellent choice for framing images economically and with a professional look.

Backing is sturdy and item came well packaged
Item has acrylic face (as noted in description) with a protective film. When film is removed it is still somewhat frosted, blurring the image being framed. Backing is sturdy and item came well packaged. Clips are thin in depth and in composition--the material they are made from bends easily. They are not deep enough to frame more than a thin drawing or photograph. I had purchased to frame a mounted poster, which was too thick for the clips provided. Because the face is acrylic, it is impossible to attach the clips, then move them if unhappy with placement--the clips will scratch/mar the acrylic surface. Be certain you know EXACTLY where you wish to place the clip BEFORE attempting it, and check depth so as not to mar the image being framed. Not up to the quality standards of other Quadro frames of smaller sizes (which all have glass faces).

Perfect!
I've been looking for a frameless way to display posters for awhile and finally found this! It's easy to assemble and makes the poster look great! Can't wait for the ones for my full size posters to arrive. Thank you!

Best Poster Frames, Great Value!
I purchased two of the frames in different sizes to display some art posters. The frames are sturdy, easy to put together, and very nice-looking. The way that they are adjustable on the back makes it foolproof to hang the pictures straight. Also, the packaging they arrived in was very protective and kept the frames from being damaged in any way. I will buy these again in the future!

Exactly why I was looking for at a good price.
Came well packaged and the plexiglass had protective film on both sides to ensure it was scratch- and dust-free.

easy to use and assemble.
I transferred some art that had been in standard frame with matte but with this frame the color of my walls is the "matte" surrounding the art.

Sturdy and good presentation
Sturdy. We used for a collage of pictures. Turned out perfect.

Very good value for the money..
I will be using this product for framing colored pencil drawings. The frames will actually be inserted into another frame that I will build and insert these inside of my custom built frames. The one thing I would’ve liked is for the small 11 x 14 frames to be plexiglass instead of glass.

Quadro frames
These frames are perfect for displaying children's art in our Thrift Shop. I like being able to purchase two frames at once.
