Times Spectra Extreme Braid Braided Fishing Line 6-300LB Test 100m-2000m Army Green

Although I can't yet comment on the performance of this braid line, I can comment on the fact that they adverise that the colour won't fade even in salt water. However, when putting the line onto my reel the colour came off all on my finger and thumb quite quickly. It comes off almost like it's painted on there.Next day delivery with prime which is fab but I will be sending it back and spending a little more on a better one.It also frays very easily when snipped with scissors or cut off with a knife.It gets 2 stars based on the fact that it's not been tested or used fishing. But come Monday I will update the situation.EDIT: I got to test this line out and it is very strong line. I had a snap down on the beach and I genuinely thought my rod was going to break but this line had no issues at all

This line is very good to work with for the pike fishing I do.Bought in army green colour but it is a bit lighter in colour than I am used to this is my mistake I will buy another from this company in a darker colour. Though in all honesty this is my personal preference the pike don't seem to care

First time i bought braded line.well worth it.far superior to normal line.but u need to make sure u have the right type of reel to suit as braded line is only about half the diameter of normal line.keep that in mind.

Reviewing 2000m/2187Yards 30lb/0.26mm which is what I ordered. This is great braid and way cheaper than other 'branded' braid I have purchased. It is nice and thin for the weight capacity and casts very well from my fixed spool Avocet bait-runners. I found this braid to have a slightly rougher feel than some other braids but this appears to work in favour of a very secure knot without impacting performance. Maybe it's my setup but I did not experience 'wind knots' or 'nesting' but I soak the line in water for several hours before spooling. There is no science behind this method I was shown this as a youngster and always spool up new line with wet mono/braid.

I bought 20lb 100m . Great line , cast with 5 oz weight . 15ft Continental Rod and Penn Surf blaster 2 reel. Sadly should have bought longer length as i managed to cast out the entire length . It’s a strong line , cuts easy not had any snagging so can’t tell you how strong it is there or if it breaks easily.

Great little tool, works great and it is a good value for money
