The Complete Bariatric Cookbook and Meal Plan: Recipes and Guidance for Life Before and After Surgery Paperback – November 19, 2019

This cookbook has been very helpful on my bariatric journey. I have enjoyed many of the recipes as I am moving through the food stages. I like that I am eating real food and it is satisfying.

Excellent item well worth the price

My wife is pre-op and wanted to try some recipes to see what she would enjoy eating post-op. Most of the recipes in this cookbook are quick and easy for meal prep. Even better is they are recipes our family will enjoy.

I like this book very much and recommend it highly. I would have given five stars but for one reason. The printing in the sections where the recipe directions are is very fine making it difficult to read and cause straining on my eyes. For me, I could use a bolder print.

A GREAT BOOK. Everyone who is considering bariatric surgery should have this book. Easy to read, easy recipes to use.

Satisfied with purchase.

Recipes sounded great. Here are a few things I noticed about this book:1. Each recipe required quite a few ingredients2. Nutrition info was posted for each recipe but serving size was left out3. No photos of the recipes at all4. Up to page 79 there are no recipes, I don’t need advice on bariatric surgery, I want a recipe bookI will most likely returning this book since the recipes are complicated and the serving sizes are unclear

Nice book easy recipes
