Seeing the WeatherTech commercials, getting a phone holder made great sense for safety reasons. Then I found out how expensive they are 😱. I looked at other brands on Amazon and found this one. It looked great and price was awesome, but it had only been on the market since September 23rd. There were already over 40 reviews and all of them were 5’s. Really??? I was suspicious of possible fake reviews, but I read them all anyway, saw the pictures, and watched the videos. It still looked good so I decided to take a chance, and ordered two! So add my 5 to the others! The order arrived the next day in great shape. The holders are as solid and functional as everybody described. My iPhone 7plus with a thick cover fits, and they adapt to my ‘13 Tacoma and ‘10 Honda Accord. This turned out to be a great purchase!

We all know that voice guided GPS map directions aren’t always the clearest (like The Office episode when Michael Scott drives his car into the lake). So when going on a road trip, being able to actually see where you are on the map is key to not getting lost... or ending up in a lake. I’ve always avoided purchasing a smart phone holder for my car, because I would hate for my phone to drop out of the holder while driving and then not be able to see or hear my GPS. But, that has changed; I absolutely LOVE this cup mount holder. I never expected a product like this to be both sturdy AND adjustable. I definitely feel more confident going on road trips thanks to this product. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to get a reliable smart phone holder for your car.

I do really like this. Only complaint is that the bottom levers to hold the bottom of the phone don’t usually stick out enough to catch my phone so I have to manually pull them. Other than that it does a good job.

While I liked the design, and it was easy to install, it just didn't work for me. It wouldn't fit in the cupholder in my husband's car, and, while it fit great in mine, my phone, with a case and elastic finger loop on the back, just wouldn't stay in the holder securely. I think without the elastic loop on the back (smaller than a pop-socket, but does add some thickness) it would have worked without a problem.

This is a very good car phone holder! I bought it for my dad and it is very easy to install. Just put it in the cup holder of the car, and then keep turning the nut until the rack is tight. Open the phone holder, then put the phone on, then lock the phone. It's that simple for my dad to figure. The angle is adjustable. When you are not using it, just press the release button on the back of the phone holder to take the phone away. He has been using this for months and never had any problems.

I bought this item and didn't use it for about a year. Started using this device last week and the hands broke off the second day i used it. I m very disappointed because I was so excited to use it. It appears beautiful but it doesn't work as it supposed to. I wish i had use it soon as i bought it so i could have return it. I regret buying this. Very disappointing.

The cup holder is a good idea of where to anchor a mount. It fit securely in the cup holder of my Camry. It adjusts until it is nice and snug. I like that it is sturdy and can maintain the desired position indefinitely. I intend to use this to mount my GPS because I don't have the original mount for it. So far I have been using it to hold my cellphone (flip phone). It is much easier with it mounted in this fashion to check who's calling while I'm driving. I can quickly glance at the screen and decide whether to answer with my bluetooth without having to touch the phone. While I have to give up having a spot to keep a drink, the benefit of having this type of unique mount is more important.

De to the way this device is engineered, it is difficult to install in a 2019 Honda Accord due to the odd shape and large width of the cup holder on this vehicle and the way it uses a spring loaded toggle to grip cups. This device's three "grips", located at 120 degree around the base don't quite line up correctly with the Honda cup holder shape and are almost too small to grip the cup holder solidly. Once you figure this out, and can arrange the grips to hit the correct place on the Honda cupholder walls, it works securely and solidly. SOOO much better than the flexible neck devices. The phone stays where you put it. Other than the mounting "issue", does exactly what it is supposed to do.
