Expensive But Scarce
Was pleased to be able to get this tapioca to thicken my fruit pie. It was the most reasonable of the expensive options. Although I wasn't happy paying probably double, it seems there is a tapioca scarcity during COVID.

Perfect thickener for my fruit pies
Nothing better than instant tapioca for texture in my homemade fruit pies, this way I'm able to add extra fruit juice for flavor

These make a very tasty pudding. Always thought you had to put some work into him and you do but the end result is worth it

Perfect pie thickener
Instant or in this case, granulated tapioca is the perfect pie thickener. My strawberry rhubarb pie was perfect...not cloudy thick as with cornstarch or flour, but clear with the right amount of juiciness.
