As described in the description, I absolutely love this.It is like one I had to finally give up.Because it wore out after forty years. It is great for prime rib, as well as rice, krispie bars.Very versatile.

I was looking for a pan to cook about a 10lb turkey,and would still be not too unruly to store in a small house,with little cabinet space.I saw some of these (same brand),an oval variety,on sale at a couple of local stores but wanted a rectangle pan. I've used it now on two different occasions,and had different thoughts with it. I bought this pan,and used it that night;I used the broiler pan to make a Turkey meat loaf. The meat loaf turned out well,but the clean up (especially the dripping that dripped through to the bottom of the pan) seemed be more difficult to clean off.I hand washed it 3 times,it seemed clean after each wash,but later after it dried,parts of it appeared still dirty...where the drippings had landed.I even used cooking spray on the pan,and the broiler pan,So I thought clean up would be easier...Liked it,but pain to clean, I cooked the thanksgiving turkey with it,and the grill grate,which I was very happy with the grate as it's a nice thick grate. Better than a few cheap BBQ's I've bought in the past.It worked wonderfully.No warping,cleaned up really well,not problems...Worked wonderful,and cleaned up great too. 4 stars -Nice size,but not too being for most things I might cook with it.Grate thickness,and it's quality a plus,along with an additional broiler pan part. Took a star off,as I'm not sure I'll be able to use much outside of roasting chicken/turkey (I don't eat Beef or Pork) because of clean up issues.I don't think I'll make a turkey meatloaf,or roast vegetables in it because of clean up,. I have other pans that would be much easier to clean...So diminished usefulness to me -1 star.

The grid rusts. Nothing wrong with that for food or nutrition, but surprising.

Haven't used the pan much yet but it is good quality and I'm glad I purchased it.
