I actually was looking at reviews for another product and someone mentioned that this worked great for them. Since I was torn on what to buy, I bought this. My arms hurt so bad at night that I have to go walk around the house to keep from screaming. I roll this on, and in minutes, sweet relief! The cooling and heat confuses the nerves enough that I don’t register pain. I am under no illusion this heals the problem. I am VERY happy that it stops the pain quickly and I can get back to sleep. I use it on my fibromyalgia areas that ache and it helps the same way. I am getting ready to order more. I ordered in the beginning of July and mid September I have about 1/2 a bottle left, and I use this stuff daily!

I damaged a ligament in my thumb/wrist six months ago, and had tried all kinds of herbs and oils to help it recover. The pain was pretty unbearable. I used Real Time MAXX for the pain, but after a week I realized the wrist was healing. I am not completely pain free and have full use of the wrist. This roll on is effective against a lot of different ailments but it can get really warm so apply with caution. The product is a bit expensive but when you are hurting you don;t count your pennies. If it's good enough for bull riders it definitely will take care of ailments us average Joes might get into

I have arthritis in my knees and a lot of pain. Real time Maxx gives me great relief. I keep it by my bedside to use at night when I wake up in pain. Then I use it a couple of times during the day.

I bought RTP at a Raleigh flea market and liked the product and samples I received. it was the one that had rasberry extract in a roller ball. it was decent and definitely preferred it over Tiger Balm and Icy-Hot. This product being Extra strong, I thought was going to be a little stronger in pain/longevity but its not the same.

I can not make it through my work life without this. I keep it in my locker and when I am hurting, it is simple to roll on the spot and it helps me finish my shift at the hospital.

I like this best of any I have tried. It works and it doesn't smell bad. The roll on is convenient but the pump is much less expensive. I just like not having to wash my hands every time I use it

I have used Realtime pain relief before and it worked beautifull for my back.I was very disappointed when I ordered the roll on.The expiration date on both containers read 05/2021 so the have both expired before the even got here.
