Kiwi Pro Slice Peeler. Love it! I bought this specifically for green papaya salad. This was recommended by a food influencer Thai chef for green papaya salad. I could not find this anywhere in my Asian market, and we have many here! It did come out, like long grated papayas chips; but if you grate over and over on one spot you will get nice julienne slices. However, I actually liked the chipped-julienne slices because it was able to pick up the sauce much better. Look at my papaya salad picture, it looks great and tasted yummy!! Yes, there were papaya chips but it really looks fine and still chewable! It does take time to grate but this grater makes the process very fast! Next time I make a salad, I am going to cut several places into the papaya then grate? At first I was bothered about the long chips; however , Once you put all the other ingredients like tomatoes and green beans etc, the chips looks fine next to the julienne slices! Very happy with this product! The quality is sturdy. Sharp. Easy to hold. Lightweight and fits comfortably in my hands. And, Easy to clean! I’m so glad I ordered this grater! I can use it for other vegetables, too!

I peeled a bit of skin off an orange and it did a great job. I can use it to make grated orange peel a lot easier than using a regular peeler and slicing them lengthwise and across. The peeler is very sturdy and I am very happy with it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it took so long to get here. The green papaya I wanted it for has long since rotted away. Maybe it's not fair to deduct a star for transportation - the peeler is great. It came all the way from Thailand. I'm impressed and I'm happy to have it. If you are not in a hurry to receive this peeler, go ahead and order it. It had the best reviews of all the similar kinds of peeler when I bought it. It seems really rugged and cuts nicely.

This is a fun slicer. It makes great strips for putting in sushi and other things like soups or salads that would require matchstick slices. I’ve used it on carrots and cucumbers. I also used it as a decorative tool on cucumbers. By making nice stripes in the skin.

This is a very versatile peeler, it works to make nice and appealing cuts around vegetables like zucchini and cucumber, I really enjoy using it because it’s easy to use and makes my job easier!

The Kiwi Pro Slice makes wonderful narrow strips of carrots, apples, zucchini, etc., which taste great when sauteed or used in salads. Thanks to this device, fluffy sauteed carrots are a new favorite of mine! The Pro Slice is deceptively sharp, but completely safe to handle. Cleaning it is a breeze. Can't recommend it highly enough!

So much easier to use than a square shredder. Blades are great and the speed of getting veggies shredded is amazing.
