Fantastic Customer Service and Beautiful Product
I ordered a custom necklace personalized as "गायत्री" written in Devnagari (Sanskrit) fonts. When the Necklace came out, the the last "त्री" did not render correctly and it came out at "त् री". It is very typical for this kind of problem to occur when the software may be unable to render these non-Latin fonts correctly. I contacted MeMoShe and got a nice email from Nancy who tried to understand what the problem was. After learning the problem, Nancy and her MeMoShe staff went out of the way to make a replacement necklace with custom geometry. I just received the necklace today it looks fantastic! I am so happy that It made my wife very happy. I want to thank the staff for going out of your ways for this one order to please us. Please see the picture of both of these necklaces. One star because of horrible logostics
Would like to rate this better because the product itself is actually very nice. The necklace is pretty and seems of good quality. Unfortunately the production process and delivery timeline is unacceptably slow. I ordered the necklace as a Santa gift a month in advance of Christmas and it was late. It sat in “pre shipment” status for 10 days without any logical explanation. Sometimes the timeliness of a product is just as important as the product.
