fit and work
I have two German Shepherds that use the wireless collar boundary system and I have bought off brand replacement batteries before and they have never worked out. Either they don't last long of they simply do not fit the collar correctly and fall out. These have always fit and last the usual time for these type collars. The local stores are hit and miss with these batteries so I do an every other month subscription and it works out perfectly.

Replacement Battery for Invisible Dog Fence Collar
This worked great and was super easy to switch out! Make sure you have the battery completely twisted in place and in working order. I think I will change every time I change the smoke alarms.

Only four stars because of the price and length of battery time.
I am not completely pleased with the batteries for the wireless dog collar, being expensive and exclusive - only these batteries work with this particular unit's collar. Although they 'lock' onto the collar by a turn of the battery with a screwdriver or coin, sometimes the batteries will often come off the collar into the grass being black are not always easy to find again. So these batteries do work well if they are properly locked in the collar, do last a long time *if* the dog isn't testing the unit all the time in trying to escape, the collar gives off static charge to correct the dog, of course the battery loses power, but if it isn't being used except to beep occasionally as a warning that the dog is getting close to the boundary, they last about two months on my dog. However, these are the only possible batteries one can use in the collar. You cannot purchase them just anywhere, but only at certain pet stores or farm-supply stores or online sites and that is very inconvenient if you need a new battery quickly. They do cost a lot, although online I can now find them a little more cheaply even taking into account shipping vs the cost of the gas to drive out to the only store that carries them. They are expensive and that is why only 4 stars. You can conserve by removing the batteries when I take off my dogs collar at night and she is inside. When the batteries are in, the unit is in the ON mode and the they are constantly draining power just like a cell phone charger regardless of whether or not there is a shock, so I just remove them when not in use and the battery lasts a lot longer.I wish I could find another brand to try to make a comparison to see if others last longer, but this is the only one like it I've found. These batteries are as expected and even saves you a few dollars from the local hardware store that carries these. I wish the battery life was longer because I go through 10 or more a year. Good product and does as advertisedBought the batteries for my wireless pet containment system. These batteries fit the collar no problem and the shipment was very quick.

Definitely Buy The PetSafe Brand!
Ya know I admittedly tried to cheap out and buy off brand batteries. I have three PetSafe collars for my two dogs (I have a spare because my children like to take off the collars and lay them down and they grow little feet and vanish from time to time). I felt like I was spending too much on batteries for the collars. It seemed like every time I turned around I was replacing a battery. So I switched to a cheap-o battery. Well I seriously felt like I was always replacing the batteries. I blew through a 10-pack of batteries in like 6 months between two collars. I started keeping track. I got about 6 weeks of life from the cheap-o battery. I switched back to PetSafe. 6 months of life on a single battery. Crazy. Some times it pays to get the brand name.
