I don't know how to explain what was happening, except that it seemed like certain foods I'd taste or smell had this sickening, putridly sweet aroma/flavor to it. It could be my vanilla-flavored coffee grounds, shredded cheese, or yogurt... they all had this weird taste or smell, bordering on rancid/chemically/sweet. It wasn't until I started using the Himalayan salt inhaler that it occurred to me I no longer have that issue. I swear it cured me of it. I know this is a weird, 5-star review, but it does work. I'm thinking this might be good for my dad, who keeps complaining of this persistent salty flavor in his mouth every time he eats something. A mystery, I know!

I THINK it helps a little

This product was shipped unsealed to me. It came loose in a tiny dirty looking zip lock bag that anyone could have open and tamper with it. Obviously I did not feel safe at all using it. I can't believe Amazon allows such negligence when it comes to a personal product that you are putting in your nose, despite all the danger out there with fentanyl tampared products. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I wasn't really expecting this to work, but my new insurance wouldn't cover my asthma inhaler and I hadn't found a prescription that worked that my insurance would cover yet, so I was desperate. It didn't do anything for wheezing, but all my mucus issues were gone! (Without my asthma meds I normally have so much plegm that I can't cough it up and end up vomiting.) This also kept my sinuses clear and seemed to help the little cuts in my nose heal much more quickly than normal. I definitely recommend it as a supplement to normal medications to anyone with asthma, allergies or sinus issues.When I used it I didn't really notice the mint smell, and when I examined it the well that holds the mint oil seemed to not be connected, so I had to use the mint oil separately. I've never used the other scents though so it's possible the scent is just mild. I actually plan to try the three pack to compare next time I purchase it. I've finally found a good asthma medication that my insurance will cover so I don't actually need this anymore, but since I'd stopped using it those irritating cuts in my nostrils came back, and I've gotten used to not having to deal with that.

These work wonders for my sinuses. I will order again!

This product helps with stuffy noise from allergies and helps relieve snoring as well. I gave the item 4 stars because of the size .

Another reviewer writes that the well for the mint oil isn't distributing it on hers, so maybe that's it, but I'm getting no discernible mint aroma. I got these because I bought some at Dollar Tree, and they're great! So I was willing to shell out 4x the Dollar Tree price, but these aren't right.
