I like Tekton for the $$$
I have a lot of tools, but occassionally I am missing a size of something that i really need or I misplace a tool and never find it until I do not need it. Or I want a backup tool to carry in the car. In these cases I just by Tekton. i think the value and quality for the money is pretty much unmatched at their price points. I usually buy direct unless I just need something under $25. Amazon does usually sell for MSRP but occasionally a bit more, but when you factor in shipping buying from Amazon for one or two of their tools can work out to be the better deal.

Does the job for plastic cap oil caps
OK for the price. Fit OK. No idea how rust-resistant it will prove to be, or how durable, but since I need it for a plastic oil cap, it will be OK for my use.
