Easy flow

No electricity function or even a battery????
We have had several of these machine before that were issued to us by the hospitals where we had surgery. We ordered this machine to be used on my husbands recent shoulder replacement. When we opened the box we realize this is not what we wanted. It looks as if you are supposed to use gravity to move the cold water up and down to circulate meaning you live the unit up & down to get the water to your injured area. In other words there is no power to circulate cold water. The former machine we had had power in the lid & there was a small motor in the lid that allowed the water to move around for hours with out touching having to refill. This machine would require the injured party to pump their good arm up & down countlessly to move the water???? Bad design....really not acceptable !

Great piece of equipment after knee replacement surgery
This was just the thing for post-surgical swelling and pain after a total knee replacement. The only drawback is that my wife was on a walker for 5 weeks and couldn't use this during the day while she was home alone because she couldn't carry it from the sink to the living room or bedroom with both hands on her walker. Other than that, it was a great purchase and we highly recommend it.

Cuff doesn’t fully inflate
I like the product except the cuff only partially fills with cold water. The top fills fine but I can’t get water to the middle and bottom sections.

This version does not have power
Do not buy this product. You have to manually position the cooler to create the water flow..You can get similar ones with power for the same price. And you can’t return it.

Awesome
This is an awesome thing to have. We had one of these for about 30years and it finally needed to be replaced. This is a must for anyone that needs to ice. Knee, ankle or shoulder etc.

The cuff is Too Small
The description didn’t tell you the size of the cuff. I was using a friends who had a large which worked perfect for my husband. But I got a medium which is too small. But this does work great if it is the right size
