Is this a mild chili?

Yes, and truthfully this was a very expensive disappointment. My first time trying Wolf Brand Chili, and I honestly like Campbells chilli 100X Better

What are the ingredients?

Not-so-chunky pieces of steak and red beans. I prefer the Amazon Kitchen Angus beef and red bean chili, which has chunky pieces of steak. We top it with diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese and sometimes sour cream.

Where is the exact, full list of ingredients?

Angus Beef, Water, Prepared Pinto Beans (Pinto Beans, Water), Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Beef Broth, Chili Pepper, Contains Less than 2% of: Degermed Corn Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Garlic Powder, Soy Lecithin, Caramel Color, Sodium Phosphate

does this contain green peppers or other bell peppers

No, thankfully it doesn't I'm allergic to bell peppers so I made sure it doesn't.
