Samsonite Classic Leather Backpack, Cognac , One Size

This is my favorite backpack for work, looks clean/professional and have enough space to fit my 16'' laptop, water bottle, a whole bunch of cables/charger/battery pack/headphone/wallet and have separate area for my wallet and misc. accessories. The main compartment is a too empty/large, so I purchased a Yoillione Nylon Backpack Organizer Insert, which helps me make use of the available space with additional compartments/pockets for mouse and conference pod. Keep in mind though, the insert takes up a decent amount of space ~30% maybe? The backpack is a bit on the large side, and a bit more expensive than other decent looking options, but it's the perfect backpack for work and it replaced my Kenneth Cole Reaction Manhattan Slim. Unlike the Kenneth Cole Manhattan Slim, I've had this backpack for more than a year, and it's still looks fairly new with no visible wear/damage and retained it's shape. The Manhattan was visible worn and discolored after a year and no longer retained it's original shape perfectly (leather is a lot thinner/softer). Note - I like the Samsonite leather backpack so much I ended up buying a Samsonite Classic Leather Slim Backpack, which is a lot smaller more portable, which is great for weekend use, but not great for work unless you only carry around a laptop.

This thing is a beast. This bag has traveled with me to and from California, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and then to and from a middle school classroom everyday of the week. It still looks perfect. It’s practically indestructible. My laptop is always secure and I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged. There is also a second pocket in the laptop area which makes it easy to carry a second laptop or tablet. Definitely worth the money.

Excellent backpack! I use it every day and receive tons of compliments. It's very practical with plenty of storage space for everything I need. Perfect for travel—the trolley strap on the back is incredibly convenient for sliding it onto my luggage handle. The leather quality is outstanding, as expected from Samsonite. Yes, the price is a bit high, but it's absolutely worth every penny for this level of quality and functionality. Highly recommended!

This bag makes me feel like the kind of person who has their life together—even when I’m frantically digging for my boarding pass under three granola bars and a tangle of charging cables. The leather is buttery smooth yet somehow tough enough to survive the emotional turbulence of airport security. The zippers glide like they’ve been training for the Olympics, and the compartments are so well-organized I half expect them to start offering life coaching. It fits my laptop, work documents, and even my “just in case” snacks (which, let’s be honest, are never “just in case”). And the straps? Comfortable enough that I almost forget I’m carrying a portable office on my back. Buy it if you want a backpack that turns heads in both the boardroom and the departure lounge.

Wow, I'm obsessed. It just arrived and it's such nice quality. Everything will fit perfectly and it's great for travel. I wish it had metal feet on the bottom so the leather didn't touch the ground when you set it down. The zippers are super smooth. My large laptop fits perfectly in each pocket. I'm hoping this lasts a long time.

Literally the best backpack I have ever had. I am in college, and know I’ll need one for my future career, this is going to last me years. It stands up on its own, leather is very good, no smell or anything bad when I first opened it. Pockets are very good, I mean very very good. Zippers are somehow even better. Many stylish details across the bag, very professional. It may seem like a lot, but I think this will be my bag for at least 10 years. If you’re debating between this one and the slim: if you have a bigger or muscular build, go with the bigger, it will fit. Looks good on the back, very tolerable weight. Performance is impecable, could not think it could be made better. Buy it!

Wunderschöner Lederrucksack - sehr gut verarbeitet und wirklich viele Fächer zum Verstauen. Viel Platz!

I fly a fair bit for business and need to carry the standard essentials (laptop, phone, chargers, cables, journal, battery pack, noise cancelling headphones, and a personal tablet). Tried a bunch of shoulder bags and back packs before this one, some were too big, some were too small, this one was just right. Enough pockets and compartments to stay organised, padding to protect the laptop, sleeve for the tablet, room to organise all the chargers and cables, with room left over for the things I did not want to put in checked baggage. The leather takes the appearance up a notch and makes it more business appropriate. Stows easily at your feet under the seat, even in smaller planes. The padding on the pack makes it easy to carry on dashes to connecting flights. It has survived the daily commute to the office and been crammed in over stuffed overhead bins, without any issues. Samsonite is a bit more expensive that a generic ballistic nylon bag but you get the quality and attention to details that Samsonite is known for.
