This order, all 3 were good
I dunno why, but I like these. No, they don’t taste like Chamoy, but it’s an acquired taste I guess? In the past, I’ve gotten some, let’s say, not fresh product. This round, all three (3) were firm, not mushy in middle and not too tough. Always well packed and never leaked

A Big Mess
The only way to eat this pickle is to do so wearing a plastic smock, plastic gloves, outside away from public view. Or barring those, completely naked under a waterfall. From the moment you open the package, you and your surroundings will look they were involved in a 1980’s slasher movie. This product will have you quoting Macbeth, “ “Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood clean from my hand?” Nope. It’s on there for good. Your clothes, hands, lips and teeth will be crimson and no amount of scrubbing is going to fix your clothes. Is the flavor worth the mess? Nope. Salty, sour and mushy but where’s the unique spicy flavor? No where to be found. Gross all the way around.

Beyond sour!
Love the taste of these things and take it from a guy who eats whole lemons and limes with salt on them, these things are the most sour things I have ever tasted! Get rid of the permanent red dye and I would eat more of them. You have to eat these as carefully as handling fireworks. They will stain EVERYTHING!

Bang for your Buck
I normally don't eat spicy foods, but I fell I'm love with these pickles. I tried them the first time and that was it afterward. Be careful the juice and the pickle will stain your hands, clothes, and anything else it touches. The pickle has a bitter, but spicy taste to it, the more and more you bite into it.

Way too spicy for me
I grew up in Laredo, ATX and ate Chamoy a lot as a kid. I have a high heat tolerance but these were way too spicy and not the true Chamoy flavor. Paired well with the fruit roll up to curb some of the heat. I couldn’t finish an entire pickle but worth trying bc they have amazing products at Alamo Candy Factory!

No chamoy flavor at all
Very light flavor of spicy not really chamoy flavor. I thought it would be in a thicker sauce but it’s pickle brine with red coloring. The coloring does stain as mentioned by a few others. Maybe if you dress it up with tajin and chamoy the flavor would come through but I thought it already had it so why need additional dressing. My pickle was good though but not really a chamoy pickle

It’s too salty!!!!
The media could not be loaded. This pickle is NOT chamoy candy approved. It’s salty and does not give a savory taste like it says. Dyes your mouth dark red like food coloring. I bought 3, and after 1 I’m done. I love vineagar and sweet/spicy candy. But this is NOT it. They need to change their recipe. Maybe add garlic and sweet. Not pure SALT. Only salt. Like where’s the chamoy?? There is no taste of Texas unless you love salt water. Please change recipes this sucks !!!
