They taste like white chocolate. No real vanilla flavor.

Random colors are not sent. I will have to look at the listing to see specifics. Multi color melts are white with color flakes and red is just red

Does this include just one bag?

One bag. But when I ordered it I think it was about $7.99. Purchased for granddaughter. $34.99 is outrageous! I think Amazon is phasing out these short shelf life items in the Rosanna Pansino line making what is left In stock more expensive.. You could look at the melts in the baking aisle at Michael’s or Joann’s. I think they work the same and certainly cost a lot less.
