TOP TOOLS TOP-RP Running Pliers

Works great! I wanted to cut glass for craft projects and I was a little skeptical of the legitimacy of a running pliers, but when I received them I cut a piece right away and it worked amazingly! I was very impressed. Breaks glass clean and smooth. All you have to do is line it up and apply just a teeny amount of pressure. The pliers seems sturdy and heavy. I bought these instead of plastic ones because it was just a couple dollars more for the metal ones. Great product!

Rugged construction, nice grips, jaws mate in the requred curve and have thick plastic pads, adjustment works easily. Unlike some other reviews, my pair arrived clean in the blister-pack store packaging. The outer faces are polished to a brushed finish. A nice tool that should last a long time.

I bought these running pliers to go in a stain glass kit I was making up for my son for Christmas. They are well made and work great. They have a set screw so the amount of pressure can be controlled that is applied to the glass. I am told that this is very important. They also come with a set a rubber stops.

SIMPLE TO USE WORKS VERY TIME.

I bought these pliers to "snap" pre-scored glass for projects. Initially I was very happy with them- they are sturdy and worked well. However after using them only a few times, the rubber coating over the tips is already in pieces and falling off, making them no good to use for what I initially bought them for. This is a big disappointment for me and not something I have had issues with with other pliers like this in the past.

Works fine. I'm just not finding a lot of need for straight cuts, which is what these runningpliers facilitate. Handles a little sticky, but not terrible.

These running pliers are great! They are not too heavy to use and are very sturdy. They are adjustable so you can use them on different thicknesses of glass. I do find that they don't like to snap anything less than about 3/8" though, so I use my plastic pair of running pliers for those jobs. Oh, and the price was very reasonable I thought for the quality of the tool.

These are by far the best running pliers that I have ever purchased. I always get a nice clean break in the glass, and do not need much pressure at all. These are comfortable in my hand, not too heavy. The rubber tips are thick and have not slipped off like other sets I have used. Very pleased with this purchase, and if I ever need them again (which I doubt because they are great quality) I will come back to these again.
