Jewelili Triple Open Heart Necklace Pendant in Sterling Silver with Round Diamond and 18 inch Rolo Chain

I received two for Christmas due to adult son and husband not communicating. Both were nice. I don't know why many people thought it would be larger than they are, the size was just what I expected. The one received from my husband had a knot in the chain, so it is the one I returned. The seller was easy to work with and return shipping was free for me. The two reasons for 4 stars vs 5 are;1. The clasp is very tiny and therefore, difficult for me to fasten and unfasten. I had planned on adding a magnetic closure but the clasp is so tiny, I cannot find one that will fit.2. It is not marked sterling silver as shown in the video.I really do love this necklace though and will be wearing it often.

Well, the actual pendant itself was nice and as advertised, but the chain was completely knotted up. Took over half an hour to untangle it. The package was specifically designed to hold the chain untangled but it looked like it was simple tossed in the box without care.

The charm was beautiful. The necklace and charm were shiny. It is much smaller than the listed size of 4" (inches). I expected it to be smaller after reading other reviews. It was closer to 1/2-3/4" but you can see the detail. I feel this was a good but for the price.

Got this as an anniversary gift. Like most guys I waited to the last few days before our anniversary to shop, and thankfully the necklace arrived as promised on our anniversary. My wife loves it and hasn't taken it off for a week. It's very nice looking and a nice length, too (18"). Most likely we'll change out the clasp which is a bit tiny.

I gave this as a gift.First of all my friend likes dainty and delicate things so it was perfect.A couple of times she couldn't get the necklace unfastened (due to her fingers,not any defect in the chain)so she showered in it,and has slept in it too without damage.She loves it and is very pleased,therefore so am I.

The little hearts are not shaped very well. It looks very cheap,not at all like the picture. The one heart is more like a circle.I don't know if it was damaged,or the are made that way. I wouldn't order this item if they all come like this.

I love this beautiful necklace. I bought it because I had two grandchildren at one time. it's a wonderful keepsake exactly as described
