The rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated.
I purchased this product for reasons other than most reviews. Some years ago I had a vasectomy and have read that this puts me at greater risk for potential prostate problems. I was simply looking to perform a little preventative maintenence but the benefits that accompanied this product are not exaggerated. I had not experienced erectile dysfunction as of yet and felt I was just fine in that department. After a few short weeks performing these exercises I discovered how wrong I was. I began to experience stronger, thicker, Harder Erections. You can not put a price on your health and as men sexual health plays a vital role in our confidence. The most remarkable thing about this product is it is all within you just do the exercises. There are no pills, voodoo, or witchcraft.

Not very clear on overall instructions
1 it is for a month2 4 weekly exercises progressively more difficult3 do 3 to 4 times a week4 skip a day in between...( only 7 days in a week )5 after a month....then what start over or what?

not worth the money
the video has only one kegel exercise. Hardly worth $60. I am in process or returning video and obtaining refund

Both of these issues were embarrassing and seemed to get worse with age
The Private Gym was extremely beneficial to me in two important ways. I started doing the pelvic exercises and had the following results: Reduced post urine dribbling and a reduction in the bowel urges which usually occurred when driving in the morning or at early meetings. Both of these issues were embarrassing and seemed to get worse with age. Peeing in your pants and rushing to find a commode or the woods are very unpleasant experiences. After doing the pelvic exercises routinely and then engaging the right muscles upon completing urination has almost eliminated the post dribbling. No more urine running down my boxers. The technique used for the bowel urges is at initial feeling squeezing the right muscle for about thirty seconds a few times taking a little break in between the exercise. All I can say is hallelujah! This training program has been amazing.
