I do a fair amount of barre workouts and always benefit from assistance when stretching, but that can be difficult without a second set of hands. This has already helped me maintain my stretches for longer than I may have been able to hold it on my own. I can’t wait to see how flexible I can get!

I bought this to help my competitive dancer stretch. She enjoys using it. I love how it takes up very little space and we can move it from room to room to supervise. I the price is awesome as well and it doesnt damage doors while using.I did take off one star because the metal slider just does not hold well. She keeps having issues with the end of the strap coming out of it. I would prefer it be sewn in a way on the end where the slider cant be removed so that does not happen.

I bought this so that I could work on my leg holds and leg extensions. My leg holds have gotten so much better!! I haven’t attempted my leg extensions yet. Lol I used to be flexible, but never really worked on my leg holds and extensions before. After years of not working out or stretching, I was so stiff and out of shape! I worked out and stretched for a week and a half, consistently, and then we lost power and water here in Texas, so I stopped and just started back 2 days ago. I lost all of my progress and gained weight, but my flexibility hasn’t completely gone away! I love this thing!

My 4.5 year old gymnast/dancer begged for this, so it wound up in her Easter basket and she was thrilled. It’s s simple concept; easy to set up and use, and seems durable. It’s easy enough for her to use by herself and I enjoy using it for stretching as well. Even my 2.5 year old uses it with my supervision and assistance. I like that it’s portable and can go on any door. I would have liked a user guide with more stretching poses, but am overall happy with the purchase and would recommend.
