*** Update January 27*****I really like my Size Small corset waist trainer. I have been using it this month, and it is so comfortable. I wish they made a smaller size. I am at the tightest set of hooks and wonder what other brand I will have to switch to when my waist gets smaller. They do not have a size XS. This waist trainer and red light therapy have been the been the best ways to lose weight and reduce waist inches without dieting or exercising. It does reduce your appetite by compressing your stomach. I don’t count calories & eat when I am hungry.I think if you have 36 inch waist you should start with a Large or XL. I think a 27 inch waist is comfortable in a size small. From my experience it is not a good idea to get this waist trainer too tight. I am glad the size Large I got didn’t rip up my skin. You will brutalize and tear up your skin if it is too tight. Try to get a size that will give you good tight compression ( not TOO tight) and some level of comfort. I wear mine 4-8 hours a day and forget I am wearing it.I have been using this product in different sizes for 4 months. No complaints. Good price. It is not a good product for some people according to the reviews.They should try other products or another size for this product.*******************************It took me three months to give a complete review of this waist trainer. Personally, I think this waist trainer runs small. I noticed women larger and heavier than me selected smaller sizes. Yet, I had a difficult time just fitting into one. I selected my size based on reviews and the size chart. I realized that some of the reviews and size chart are not that accurate. I made do with the first one selected. It became a good fit as I lost weight. The waist trainer became loose. I ended up going down to size small in three months. I wear my waist trainer 4-8 hours every day. It is very comfortable. Sometimes I don’t notice it. It helps with my posture and decreases my appetite. I lost over six inches in my waist without exercising and no dieting. It is easy to wear under my clothes and blue jeans. I love the hooks to adjust the size to a tighter fit and the zipper & Velcro fasteners to secure the fit. I have recommended this waist trainer to others. The only suggestions I would give is to make it in a smaller size and less visible under clothes.

I just now received this waist trainer. According to the size chart & my current measurements, I could have ordered a 3X. I'm glad I went with the 4X because it was a stttaaarrrruggle to close. I had to kinda bunch it up to close it then wiggle into it. I'm 5'5". It covers from under the breast down to my hips, so my entire torso is covered which is what I wanted. Don't see the point of the ones that cover just a portion of the midsection. I could not zip it up unless the tabs were set to the tightest point, they'd just pop open. So not really adjustable there as it claims. I am able to comfortably although very erectly (lol) sit at my desk to work. No slouching! The support is nice and feels really good. I am able to breathe normally even while sitting. Took one star away because I think the sizing chart is off just a little. I guess the struggle to put it on could be considered a mini workout bonus! >^..^<

I’ve worn this thing everyday for a week, it’s comfortable, functional and the perfect price! It makes me sweat buckets and I’m down 6 pounds.

This item is very well made but somehow sizing was inaccurate. According to size chart I should have ordered a medium but ordered a large to be sure. It was way small! Eyehooks on largest hook were way to small. Forget trying to zip it. I'm a long waisted size 4, so not sure what the deal is. I measured and a medium should have been right...With that being said...it is very well made with great velcro on the straps, good stitching. I'm taking a chance and ordering an XL. Hope I can get it fastened.

Purchased:11/25/22It’s now 08/06/25 and I’m still loving it!Minimal signs of wear and now I’m ordering a smaller size after not wearing it for a while, shedding inches in my midsection & desiring more compression.I wear it to workout (except for ab/core work) or during housework. I love the compression on my lower abdominal area and back. Also supports good posture.Comfortable to wear for 8 hours+.Highly recommend this seller + product!

Wore it to bed the first night I got it and the next day, my colleague said I looked slender 🤭 🙂‍↔️The reviews on sizing weren’t solid so I wasn’t sure to get to true to size or go a couple sizes up. I’m 5’7 220lbs and wear a XL. I got a 3X and off the bat I was able to hook on the last latches (tightest fit). It’s not a struggle to put on, but it also fits snug. I could’ve went 2XL, but I’ll keep wearing this for a bit until it’s too loose. I wouldn’t wear this out and about - kinda bulky and would be noticeable under regular clothes. I just wear it around the house and to bed.

I previously had to C-sections and ever since thing I have had a little mommy pooch and felt like my core is destroyed. This belt/trainer boosts confidence because it helps you to see a slimmer version of yourself as you are putting in the work to lose weight while also helping to stabilize core as you workout. I took my measurements and even went a size lower than what it said because I was going to wear it over a a faja. I’m 5’3 197lbs and have a 36.5 in waist but big hips. I ordered the XL and was hoping it would only be slightly small. I have been dropping weight I wanted it to last me a couple months. I was pleasantly surprised it was too big for what I need. I could easily hook it on the middle setting when wearing the faja I ordered that was too large as well. I will be returning this and ordering a size lower because other than the size being wrong I’m excited to see if it will help.
