Cheap Quality
This is DISGUSTING! we chose paper pom poms instead of plastic ones, AND THIS IS WHAT WE GET??? I needed them within an hour, and they take ATLEAST 2 to 3 hours to unfurl! How long does it take to package an unfurled pom pom?
