I am trying this after reading product info and reviews and I am more impressed and glad to have this machine than i expected to be. I wish i knew more about the science and if anyone does i hope they share that. What i do know is that i was experiencing a huge amount of discomfort in leg and foot after having a spinal fracture ..but also after dropping something heavy on foot so not sure of real cause of the sensation of super sensitive nerves close to the skin ...some describe it as burning but to me is more like stinging ...and almost all the time...and in leg also...and is commonly diagnosed as nerve degeneration. I am doing all kinds of other things but this feels so amazing and brings so much relief and feels like it could possibly reverse the damage done to nerves and help them recover. If it does that it is worth it's weight in gold but for now science doesn't seem to know for sure ...only that it helps relieve symptoms. Symptom relief alone though can help the body heal much sooner and better so i am happy with that.The machine has such a huge variety of options for pulsing frequencies through your feet and legs and each one feels very different than the others. (Another advantage of this...is all the options to play with and how much each provides a different feeling and kind of relief) I love it and while there was one concern i took up with the seller ...the person did finally resolve this with me extremely fairly and all is well. They offered a return but i want to keep this , i like what it is doing and extremely glad i tried it out...so we found a resolve for the one thing i did have a tiny bit of issue with and now it's all resolved and i have none. That speaks well too for the seller and so i encourage others who are interested in this to give a good try. then instruction manual is well done and easy to read and thorough. and the machine is to me a blessing. Please note though that it does not provide an infra red technology so if the ad does say that , realize it is an error (unless same item by a different seller does have that ) and do not expect to get the infra red feature. But what it DOES provide is definitely worth it and definitely has a very big impact. In fact i am still using it at very much lower levels ...and experiencing so much so for someone else there is so much more potential if needed. You set the level of impact of the machine you want and you build on that as you get used to it. It is really quite extraordinary and while i say i wish there was more known scientifically...if you do some research like i did, it is showing very consistent and favorable results for large number of people and people have reported very specifically what that is for them ..so i was sold on at least trying it...and i am so glad i did. I haven't used it long enough or anywhere near long enough to report results other than relief it brings but i expect i will have more to report after use it enough . You can also research TENS and EMS for nerve stimulation and muscle pain etc. but as i said if it lists infra red technology as a feature ...it did not actually have that so check with the company on that before purchase. hope this helps. i do love this machine and love what my feet and legs feel when use it. it is deeper than any massage and does in some ways stimulate nerves in ways massage cannot...whether by hands or other kinds of massage technology. these sends sensations deep into tissues and muscles. You have to try it to know what it is and does.

My purchases are based on reviews. My doctor also recommended this for me to help relieve the pain in my legs from multiple knee surgeries, but mostly for my sciatica. I have poor circulation as well as neuropathy. When I read about this machine and the claims it made, I was so in hopes that I could get some relief from at least one of these conditions. I have not noticed any improvement with either of these. I probably wouldn't have even given it one star. I decided that I would return it and looked and saw that I had missed the date for returning it. I am now stuck with something that was costly that I have no use for. I am upset about this,.

We bought this OSITO EMS/EPT/TENS Foot Machine for my 85 year-old mother who suffers from neuropathy in her feet and ankles. She has lost a lot of feeling in her ankles and feet over the past 5 years, and her feet are painful when she gets in bed. She’s often unable to fall asleep because of the pain. We have not found any treatments besides topical nerve blockers that help, but she has to reapply them frequently during the night and they do not fully alleviate the pain. ENTER the OSITO Foot Machine!!While it took her a little time to “dial in” a regiment that works, she discovered that if she uses the machine right before going to bed, she doesn’t have the night time pain and is falling asleep right away. Hallelujah!!! She has found her perfect settings: For two 25-minute sessions in the evening, she sets the MODE on 25 (best for neuropathy according to the booklet), the SOLE intensity on 30 (it goes to 99), and the BODY intensity on 90 (using the TENS gel pads on her ankles – see below for more on how she uses the TENS).She initially ramped the SOLE intensity up too high and felt some discomfort in her groin area. But after ramping back down and paying attention to how she felt and the results she was getting, she’s dialed it in. She also experimented with just using the TENS pads, but found that using the SOLE feature (having her feet ON the device) was essential. She wasn’t getting relief from the TENS alone, so we are very happy we invested in this OSITO machine so she could get the maximum benefit for her feet and ankles!!Of course, regarding intensity, everyone will find different levels that work for them, but at age 85, she has figure out the ideal settings to relieve her pain. All of this in less than four weeks!The bonus for my husband and I is that because of COVID we have not been at her home to help her with the device and she has not needed the help. I selected OSITO’s “upgraded” unit because there was more intensity for neuropathy and the unit looked like it would be easier to operate (which was key). My mom easily figured it out on her own!! She says that the device is very sturdy and high quality. The handle makes it easy for her to store it under a side table and then pull it out when she uses it. There is a remote, but she doesn’t need it. She just reaches down and presses the three buttons to adjust the settings. She says the control panel display lights up and is very easy to see and navigate.My mom is a shoe size 9.5 and the foot area is perfect for her.RE: the TENS, my mom has used the same TENS gel pads for 3 weeks and estimates she’ll change them out (replace with new ones) each month. We will order replacement pads to keep her going after Month Two. There are four TENS pads total and the machine provides for using two at a time. However, my mom read that if you are using both TENS at the same time, they should be on the same ‘limb’, so she decided to do TWO 25-minute sessions so she can get 25 minutes of TENS on each ankle. She feels that she could split a single 25-minutes session into using the TENS for 12-13 minutes per ankle, but at night before bed she reads or watches TV, so the extra session is easy for her to do. While the timer is for 25 minutes, the manual indicated that the machine could be used longer, with no cautionary limits cited.Finally, we selected this specific Seller because they offered a free 30--day trial period and a two-year warranty. Most other sellers did not do this. And I emailed the Seller with questions and they were very responsive. SUPER happy with the OSITO device and the customer service from this Seller.

Man does this device pack a punch. We have used the patches more than anything for back pain.

At first you think it does not work, but it does. Use it twice a day with your feet in the highest you can take it, and in a week you would not remember you had so much pain because it becomes less. I love it. Don’t DJ g it around as it is light and flimsy. I was moving it around and the plug part dislodge and went inside the body of it. Had to go inside and retrieve it. It was still working, thank God. It is expensive. It works though. It truly puts back the circulation in your feet and legs. It is a weird feeling at first and you get use to it. Worth buying. Most people have feet pain because of bad circulation.

Purchased for neuropathy in feet, back, neck pain. Good quality product and the vibration really helps with increasing circulation to my feet which impacts sensation and improving ability to walk a bit better. Overall pleased with my purchase
