I’ve used waist trainers in the past and although they were tight they didn’t seem to do very much. This trainer really helps to change your shape under clothing and although it’s tight it’s really comfortable. If you’re looking for something to wear day to day I highly recommend this. It is also much longer than waist trainers found on waist train uk etc, which I always found would just push my fat out over the top of the trainer or at the bottom of my belly, and it would just bend and break so easily. I bought 2XL (size 16) and the sizes are spot on. This is a beautiful corset and so well made. I really love wearing this under my clothes. I still have my post baby belly, so I feel self conscious even wearing t-shirts. This corset makes me feel so much more confident. I only have it on the first row of hooks at the moment, I could move on to the middle row. But I'm easing myself into using this and I will gradually make it tighter. I have started wearing closer fitting clothes and I feel so confident now! Amazing what a corset can do.Make sure you follow the measurements in the descriptions, I found them really helpful!Hope this helps and I really do highly recommend. Well made and good quality

Love it! It's an amazing product especially for the price. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the sizing. I ordered a L which is a 10-12, I decided to go be generous after reading some review's and go down a size as I'm more a 12-14 . I would advise anyone to go much smaller than they think they would be as this is far too big for me, I can easily do it up on the smallest hooks and I have a gap at the top where it doesn't even touch my skin. I measured my waist with the handy little tape measure and i am in fact 29inches so a large should be the right size...but dont be fooled :) I have ordered the next size down and fingers crossed it's the right size

Great waist trainer was bit heavy than I thought it mite be but gives you great shape no problem wearing it big chunk of day I got size 16-14 fits great awesome colour too very happy hopefully soon be ordering sizes down

**UPDATE- well after getting down to the second notches I stopped using it for a few weeks but since having it back on for 2 weeks im down to the last notches!! Not sure if it does anything for your waist( I haven't measured) but I doest wonders for your back and posture, this product is very comfortable and can move easily in it. Will have to order the next size down now. Pic 5 last notches.I hardly ever write reviews but I felt I should with this to help other women. Mine arrived today and seems very good quality, I ordered a size smaller than my actual size as one of the reviews on her said to get the next size down as they fit a little big, so I'm a 12-14 and I ordered the 10-12 (L) OMG! It was a struggle to get it on lol I was sweating more than when I do a work out at the gym! But I got it on and what a difference it makes! It's extremely tight but not uncomfortable tight although there is a bit of back fat at the top. I'm 5'6 and it reaches from just under my bust right down to my knicker line so really good fit. I have had it on for the past 3hrs and have been cooking and cleaning without feeling restricted. Difficult to slouch in a seat it makes you feel you have to sit up straight which for me is a good thing as this will help my posture and it's good for back support too. I will update my review in a week or so. Nice little added extra with the handy tape Measure that came with it so I have measured myself and will update about that too. So far so good, fingers crossed it will work on my flabby belly and my c-section area.** 2nd and 3rd pictures these shorts I couldn't even do the buttons up without the trainerUPDATE- Day 4 and I'm onto my second notches! (Pic 4) Feels nice and tight again but I'm not sure if I'm losing inches or the waist trainer is stretching and becoming looser but I will know when I measure on Monday. Bad points- the bottom eye has come loose but it's nothing that a few stitches won't fix.

I took the advise of others and got a size slightly on the larger side, which was a mistake! I'm a 10/12 and so got a Large. After wearing it for a few hours I'm already on the tightest setting - with room. I'll probably buy the Medium in a few weeks when it doesn't feel tight at all.This is the second waist trainer I've had and this one is way more robust and sturdy than the first. It is really comfy and feels nice on your skin. My only complaint would be that it's very long (I have a normal sized body). It goes from my underwear line to half way up my boobs, which is giving me a weird boob overhang thing... not attractive.Overall, I'd recommend this product but make sure you buy you actual size and consider the boob muffin top.

Massive fan of a waist trainer and 'used' to be a regular corset wearer. I bought this as I thought it would help me re-train and tone my stomach into shape after having a baby - was trying to ease myself back in. However I must admit since having a baby I really just haven't had the time to train with it on (usually do light workouts with it on) as I would do and it doesn't help that it is a bit of a struggle to squeeze my tummy into - should have got a bigger size. LOVE the material though so please do not let my acquired laziness put you off. It is a great product! I imagine it would have fit as expected if I didn't get carried away with eating all the cake lol.

Does the work is made for . Keep your posture and correct the bad posture . Make you a nice figure by keeping in place the unwanted post pregnancy belly . And slowly come back to a close size you been before the pregnacy.But recomanded just after 6 weeks after birth.Need some help to put it on to don't lose you patience and give up put it on . But once is on is confortable up to 8 hours. For the beginning is good to use it just couple of house to get used with.
