It seems to help me, although it’s obscenely expensive. (Deducted one star for the overprice.) I bought from Amazon because it was the lowest per-capsule price I could find. Hoping there will be a store-brand equivalent someday soon.

It is perfect size for side of my fridge...and the photos of the different sunsets amazing.

Doesnt taste bad but works well

The Align works fine, but just as well as the generic brand with the same ingredients. It's too expensive for us.
