EKSA E1000 USB PC Gaming Headset with Mic, 7.1 Surround Sound

"Great Value Gaming Headset with Clear Sound and Comfortable Design – EKSA E1000 Review" Unboxing & First Impressions The EKSA E1000 headset made a great first impression right out of the box. The build feels sturdy, with ear cups that are well-cushioned and soft, ensuring comfort during long gaming sessions. The design is sleek, especially with the RGB lighting adding a stylish touch without going overboard. Comfort & Fit The padding on both the ear cups and the headband feels really comfortable. I used it for several hours at a time without any discomfort, and the headset didn't press too tightly on my head. This makes it a good option for gamers who want something lightweight but durable. Sound Quality – Immersive 7.1 Surround Sound The 7.1 surround sound feature works well for gaming. It offers clear directional audio, which is helpful for games where spatial awareness is key, like FPS shooters or RPGs. I tested it on both PC and PS4, and the sound was consistent across both platforms. Music and movies also sound great with this headset, though I noticed it’s particularly tuned for gaming—meaning the bass is punchy but not overwhelming, and the mids and highs stay clear. Microphone Performance – Clear Communication The noise-canceling microphone works better than expected for this price range. My voice came through clearly in Discord chats and in-game voice communication. It successfully blocks out most background noise, making it a reliable choice for team-based gaming or even work calls from home. Compatibility & Setup The setup was simple: just plug it into your PC, PS4, or PS5 via USB, and it's ready to go—no additional software needed. I found the USB connection to be more stable than other headsets that rely on 3.5mm jacks. It also works well with laptops and could be used for work, especially in noisy environments like call centers. RGB Lights – A Nice Touch The RGB lighting is subtle and adds a bit of flair. It’s not customizable, but it complements the design without being too flashy. What Could Be Improved Mic Positioning: The microphone is non-detachable, which can be a slight inconvenience if you’re switching between gaming and casual use. No Volume Control on Cord: It would have been nice to have an inline volume control, though there are buttons on the ear cup for adjustments. Verdict – High-Quality Features at an Affordable Price Overall, the EKSA E1000 headset delivers excellent value for the price. The 7.1 surround sound, noise-canceling mic, and comfortable fit make it a solid choice for both casual and competitive gamers. It’s also versatile enough to use for remote work or online meetings. I’d recommend this headset to anyone looking for an affordable gaming headset with premium features. You won't be disappointed!

Comfortable fit and except for the crazy neon lights on the earpads, fantastic headset. Sound is perfect and microphone is sensitive and clear.

Held up for like 4 years. I loved it. Didn't need the mic so it was great that i could move it out of my face. Great audio. Unfortunately the wire got bent slightly and cut off the audio to one side of the headphones, then eventually the other

These are excellent and durable headphones for the price. I use them for both work and leisure daily, which averages around 12 hours a day for the past 2.5 years. The mic quality is excellent for teams meetings and discord calls. After all this time the sound quality is still great with only minor cosmetic damage from excessive use. Mainly the synthetic material covering the ear cushions have started to disintegrate. However, I think this is to be expected after almost 11,000 hours of use. It's also a cosmetic issue only as they are still comfortable to wear for prolong periods of time.

These have actually gotten me into a little trouble with the folks in my house because I can't hear them trying to get my attention! Despite not having a super snug fit over the ears, this headset still absolutely dampens external sounds. And because they're not particularly tight, they can be worn for long stretches of time with minimal discomfort. I've worn these for up to 18 nearly-continuous hours before and not had very much discomfort at all - which can't be said for even my studio headphones at a much higher price point. These are a great value. The sound quality isn't going to be like a Sony or a Bose because they just aren't built for that, but for casual listening/streaming/gaming, these are just fine, particularly if you adjust the equalizer on your computer and/or have a sound control app like Dolby Atmos or Sonic Studio. The microphone switch on the cord is not super reliable, but it's possible that's more on my computer than the headphones, and wasn't a big dealbreaker for me anyway. The microphone quality is pretty good, and the cord is long enough that I never feel too tightly tethered, even while plugged into the back of my desktop, without having a huge extra amount to deal with. It's really handy that the plug-in is just a USB without an audio jack component, especially because I tend to switch these between two computers, and it makes it easy to plug and play. The lighting on the headset is cool and tasteful, which I appreciate compared to some almost garish RGB products. Overall I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a pair of wired headphones to keep attached to their computer for everyday use.

It is definitely a headset that you can buy for a price! For my purposes, it's fine; I needed a budget USB headset with a mic I could mute. That being said, the sound quality isn't great, the mic switch doesn't fill me with confidence about its longevity, and the volume control is...incomprehensible compared to the other headsets I've used before? Also, I'm starting to realize how much I hate having glowy bits on any of my peripherals. I'll see how this holds up in a year, I guess?

Originally bought this as a gift for my wife's kid sister I was not expecting the quality to be as good as it is the mic is very good when used over discord.

These headphones are sturdy, they sound great, and they cover my ears just right. The switch in the middle of the cord (for controlling the volume and mic) is also quite small, which is great since my last pair had a huge box-like controller that was frustrating to work around. You can't control the lights, but it looks great anyways. The cord is also made of braided material, and it's quite sturdy as well without being cumbersome or inflexible. Since I use a different microphone I haven't had a need to use the one on the headset, but it's quite sleek and stays next to your mouth. I don't quite know how good the mic sounds, but if you're spending this little on a headset you should expect the mic to not be incredible. In my opinion, where this headset really shines is in the sound quality and durability of the product itself. Most headsets in this price range are made of cheap materials and start to fritz out after a while, but I can guarantee that if you take care of these ones they'll last you a really long time. They don't hurt my ears or my head when they stay on for an extended period of time, and they're also really nice for listening to music or watching YouTube. I think everything about these headphones other than the mic's quality is perfect, so if you don't have much to spend on an expensive pair then I highly recommend these.

got the wired option for just over 40 Dollars on sale and after trying all i can say is What a Bargain. Snug fit, Excellent sound for gaming and look good as a bonus. Only disappointed i didnt buy 2 while on sale

جميلة بس السلك حقها usb تنشبك في البلايستيشن مو في يد السوني

جيدة

Amazing headphones for the price! The led lights on the sides are really cool, and the mute/unmute and volume button on the wire is really cool and helpful too. The headphones are a little big, but maybe it’s just how it looks on me. No complaints with the sound quality either. I recommend it!
