Confess I bought cause they were least expensive. Figured if they only last one session they I got my money’s worth. Well I passed down the original ones I bought to a dancer in need. They have gone through 3 dancers and 4 seasons of dance. Well beyond my expectation.

My daughter used this pair as her practice shoes for 3 months. The split soles were perfect. We bought a second pair for her in another color when recital came.

These are surprisingly good quality for how cheap they are. The inside is very soft (a complaint my daughter had about another brand we bought) the elastic allows you to make a custom fit. These are really great !!

We’ve just ordered these for my four year old’s first dance class. I measured her foot at 160mm and followed the sizing guidelines for the “better fit” shoes, to size up 2 sizes. At 160mm she would have been in a 9.5, so I ordered the 11. They were a bit long in the toes when I first put them on her, but tightening the string made the whole shoe tighten up to the perfect size on her little feet. My daughter has similar shaped feet to mine, and when I did ballet I always preferred a split sold shoe, so I’m happy to find a good price on a great little shoe that will likely fit for a while.

The store recommends buying 2 sizes up but that seemed extreme. My canvas shoes always molded to my feet so I bought one size up for my daughter and they were too big. I would just recommend getting your kids regular shoe size and then exchange if it doesn’t fit. My daughters really little so I didn’t care if her shoes fit or not... she ends up wearing her church shoes to dance in anyway lol. But perhaps the sizing issue is a hit and miss! The quality of the shoe is fantastic, if it’s a little bit you can pull the strings tighter. I loved the shoes and think they are just right! The price is fantastic and the quality is too.

I got these as a gift. They were a huge hit! They have quite a bit of padding in the sole so they are comfy for tiny feet. They are somewhat easy to get on. The three year old I got them for needs a little help getting them on. But they are really cute and stay on her feet. She isn’t in a ballet class yet due to covid and such but I’ve been teaching her some basics. So I have no idea if they are dance class approved or not. But for the price and the smile they put on her face... worth it! And something to keep her busy prancing around the house in!!! I would recommend for all parents looking to make some ballerina dreams come true in quarantine life.

Adorable little ballet slipper! My 2.5 currently wears a 7.5 street shoe - Followed the instrux to order 2x larger and they fit perfectly. There is a bit of room to spare for growth (which is a plus), but all you have to do is tighten the front strings and the ballet slippers are good to go! I did read one reviewer who had the string sink inside, so upon opening I immediately tied a knot at the end of both strings to avoid that mishap from occurring. Nice quality fabric for the price - Good starter shoe for my little dancer!
