I purchased this item because I really needed a case for my long Lancome from Macy's and Sephora from JCPenneys brushes. However, when this brush set arrived, my first impression was WOW! I was very impressed! I was so excited because I finally found what I was looking for in a brush case without spending very much for it. The case is a beautiful high gloss dark burgundy and is very easy to keep clean with just a damped cloth. Although I already had brushes, this brush set is of great quality. I have allergies and sensitive skin and when I use brushes that are not good quality, they hurt and burn my face.This is not the case with this brush set.The brushes are very soft and no odors! I recommend this set even for sensitive skin. The brushes are professional length - 8" inches is the longest brush. The case is 9" inches in height - when opened 12.5" long - when closed 4" inches wide and it folds into a half inch thin clutch. The snaps are magnetic for an easy closure. The brushes stays in their slots and will not fall out of place. Because it folds thin, it fits neatly into your purse. So, if you are looking for a case for your long brushes you already have or you are in need of a makeup brush set - this one's for you! You will be pleased!

Arrived on time, the case is very nice and stylish. Have not had any problems with any of the brushes, no bbristles have been falling out and they are very soft. A very good deal for the price. I have just started using brushes to apply my makeup recently and for a begginer these are great!

Purchased this as a gift for my niece who is getting into makeup as a teenager. She was very excited about the professional look and feel of the brushes and the case was very high quality. She'll have a hard time keeping it away from her mother.

Soft, fluffy and luxurious feeling and looking. I thought for the price they'd be mediocre, but am so glad I'm wrong. Ordered as a gift, and buying one for myself now.

I guess If you want some cheap brushes these might work. Very lightweight does not hold the make-up very well. I would return them if I could.

These arrived on time but to be honest, the quality of the brushes was not that great - I ended up giving these to a friend and buying a nicer set.
