Working very well

I'm not a fan of the flavor of this. I realize it's natural and herb-based, but they could add a tasty herb oil to it to make it taste better. I realize that part is subjective so it may taste fine to others, but I recommend either mixing it in something or having a tasty drink to chase it with. I don't know if it really helps with hot flashes but it seems to help a bit with sleeping.

I like that this has organic herbs and is made in the USA. It isn’t the best tasting stuff. I put it in just enough water to make a shot out of it. Got to get it down fast! I haven’t had any adverse effects from this. Looking forward to seeing what happens in the long term.

For me I needed to add this to a beverage or have a chaser so that you can fill your mouth with another flavor as soon as you take this. The ingredients are more natural and it doesnt have things you dont need and that can be hot flash triggers. The taste isn't great because it’s not made to be, everything here has natural healing abilities but not made to be a dessert as nice as that could be. With going into menopause so young and it being strong and statistically last longer for those who start younger I needed to find something that could help and this helps calm what comes with menopause and helps your body to relax more. The more you take the less you have hot flashes and trouble sleeping. The more you’re taking the more your body can react to it.

I got this because after some research I read claims it call be used by men for some things but after taking it, I can't say it did anything. I feel the same as ever. Regardless, I'm a guy so your mileage may vary.
