40th Birthday Gifts for Women - Vintage 1979 Lowball Glass Tumbler (380ml)

Bought for a 60th birthday present, just as well the glass came in a lovely pouch as the packaging it came in (pink box) was all dirty and when tried to remove tape to check glass was ok, it took the pink colour off too! No way could this be given as a present in the condition it was in! Thought it was a lovely presentation of a lovely glass when I ordered it, might as well just have sent it in the pouch. Who knows how long it has lain in a storeroom or wherever they are kept! Glass is lovely though and as Birthday is on Monday wouldn’t have had time to return and replace.

I would highly recommend this product,it’s a perfect present for a 50th birthday present,I’m a very happy buyer.

The glass is ok but in my opinion not worth £20. It arrived on time suitably packaged. The pink box that the glass comes in was very dusty and marked so I am unable to use it with the gift. Fortunately it comes with a grey bag. The glass itself was also really dirty. It’s a shame, time and care was not taken before sending.

I bought this for my niece. It’s a lovely quality glass and made a great gift in a lovely box and a velvet drawstring bag. I was expecting from the picture for the writing to be lighter but it still looks lovely.

This product needs removed from sale as it's dangerous especially if kids are in your home.Other reviews state the same issue.... AVOID!!!Product came is excellent packaging, looked really classy, no problem there, washed glass for 1st time, left to dry on towel next to drainer, about 1 minute later unexpectedly explodes itself with no one near it, if my wife was holding it or my kids were it could've been a hospital job, other reviews have stated this problem yet they still sell it. Do NOT risk buying this glass, clearly an issue with temperature and for £22 a glass not what I expected!! Was given full refund, only plus point.

Came quicker than expected and was a fantastic gift for my Aunty’s 50thA lot of the sentimental glasses are tacky but this was great quality and beautifully finished.

Purchased as a gift for a sister so cant say anything about what its like to drink our of or washability yet. But it looks fantastic and has a great weight to it so I am sure she is going to love it

Love this. It’s a gift for my mother in law. Haven’t given it to her yet but can’t wait. Think she’ll love it. It’s very well made and love the little bag and box it comes in.
